We sincerely apologize for the issue you encountered with the bedding. That’s certainly not the standard we aim for, and we’ll be addressing this with our cleaning team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Regarding the pool, it is heated during the winter months (December through March). Once April arrives, the heating is turned off, which is why it may have felt quite cold during your stay. Our check-in window begins at 4:00 PM, and while we always strive to have accommodations ready as close to that time as possible, arrival at exactly 4:00 PM cannot be guaranteed. During busy turnover days, it may take a little longer, and we appreciate our guests' patience as our housekeeping team works to ensure each property is properly cleaned and prepared. We understand that waiting is frustrating and apologize for the delay you experienced. Regarding the broken chair and the laundry room shelf, we sincerely apologize for those issues. However, it appears the collapsed shelf was not reported to our team during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have dispatched our maintenance team immediately to address the problem, just as we do with any maintenance concern reported by our guests. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our maintenance and communication processes. What a wonderful condominium property Dune Pointe is!! Small, private, gulf front pool and no crowds to deal with..Dune Pointe is a great way to take a family vacation. We’re sorry for the inconvenience with the multiple access codes — we completely understand how that can be frustrating, especially during a short stay. Just to clarify, we don’t control the codes for the entire property (like gates or pool areas); we only manage the code for the condo door itself. For security reasons, we’re not able to match it with the other codes, as that would risk allowing general access to the unit.
