Our host was very responsive due to changed travel plans. The home is spacious, decorated nicely, with plenty of amenities for families with children.

Great Place

Everything was better than expected. Beds were all comfortable, plenty to keep everyone entertained. The location is great as it is so close to a grocery store and restaurants. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding, we frequently had people over prepping wedding stuff and the house was more than accommodating as far as space. We had 8 adults and a 18 month old stay at the house. The checkout process was so easy. We would definitely stay here again,

One of our favorite rental houses yet

We have rented 20 or so houses over the years and this was definitely one of our favorites - a hidden gem for sure. This house has a modest-looking footprint from the street, but it's filled with surprises. We were there for 5 days with extended family, including kids from 12 to 19 years old. They especially enjoyed the hot tub, but also took advantage of the video games (pac-man and NBA Jam), pool table, and foosball table. We have pretty tall adults and teenagers who need at least queen beds, and this property had plenty of beds for our group of 9. There is plenty of bright common space for reading, eating, board games, or TV watching, and we spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying just perfect fall Denver weather.

Sweetridge Rental - 9/11/24-9/17/24

The property was perfect for our stay! There were five adults who were attending a weekend wedding in the Denver area. The house was more than big enough with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everybody. Access to the house was simple and easily remembered. The house was very clean and organized upon arrival. The departure was also the simplest and easiest I've encountered, no excessive cleaning or laundry to do! There were plenty of communal spaces as well. These included a spacious, well stocked kitchen; two outdoor decks (the upper deck had a very nice grill/smoker); a good sized backyard with a propane fire pit that we used several times, and a shaded outdoor deck with plenty of seating and nice hot tub which we used several times as well. There were also several rooms downstairs dedicated to entertainment and games. There was a very comfortable home theater where we watched several movies. There was plenty of parking in the driveway and in front of the house. The house is very centrally located. It's in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. There was great shopping less than two miles away and a drive thru Starbucks in the same plaza! It was very easy to get onto I 70 for airport runs or to get quick access to other parts of Denver. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Matt, the property manager, was very responsive and offered help with anything we might need. I would highly recommend this property to anyone; adults groups or big families. Loved it!!!
