新しく改装されたキーウエストビーチハウスは、ティルマンビーチの閑静な住宅街にあり、ビ��チの向かいにあります。ビーチからその通りの真向かいに位置する6ベッドルーム、4バスのビーチハウス。 この家には専用のプールとホットタブがあります。 ������施設は、2017年から2018年の冬にすべての新しいサイディング、デッキ、フェンシング、床、塗料、家���、完全に改造されたキッチン、家電製品、テレビを受け取りました。 2018年から2019年の冬、4つのバスルー���はすべて完全に改装されました。 この家は、合計2人の王、4人の女王、2人の双子、2人の寝台ソファを備えた合計18人の人々を眠らせます。

The host was wonderful to communicate with. The house itself is beautiful and super close The beach. Perfect for a group of friends or family to stay at. The air will only go down to 72, so I personally would bring a fan if you get hot easily. Also, the pool wasn't clear, but we still used it and had a great time. Definitely would come back!

Epic family reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an incredible extended weekend. 15 people of all ages. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by 3 generations of 'young' people. Very easy beach access. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location. We wished the backyard was completely gated off so the littles could run around in the backyard without worry (the gate for the driveway was open). Easy walk across to beach access. Overall great stay for the price!

Family Beach Get-away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our family had a good stay. This property is well furnished and very comfortable. We had a large family group with seniors, middle aged adults, teens and small children. everyone was comfortable. These is lots of indoor and outdoor living space (living rooms, patio, decks off of bedrooms, and porches) so we never felt like we were all on top of each other. The main dining table is large and there were two dining tables indoors and two outdoor tables which was also great for meal times.The location of the property was excellent. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and the section of the beach had very few people. However the location was a few minutes walk or less than 5 minute drive to the pier for water activities and fishing, which our teens and children enjoyed.This house is also conveniently a less than 7 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping areas and more!My only complaint was cleanliness. On the surface things were generally clean. The bathrooms and kitchen we immaculate. Bed linens were clean. However under and behind furniture we found trash and debris that had not been swept up in several bedrooms. The pool area also had some debris like a drink can and used napkins.

Great House & Location

My friends and I had a great time at this house. Was perfect for what we needed - quick drive to golf courses, restaurants, etc. Big pool and hot tub were great too.

Perfect location

We had a 4th of July family get together here and it was amazing. How is as advertised, the kids loved the pool, and the beach was a short walk distance away. Definitely would stay here again. Great pripery and communication.

Pool and hot tub were fine. Bathrooms were adequate. 2 bedrooms had no closets. Roku remote for downstairs TV did not work. Adding apps to TV menu was restricted. Owner provided the minimum of household items like toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, etc. The rental accommodated 8 senior adults quite well. Maintenance issues were resolved quickly. . . an AI bot.

Amazing stay, and within 5mins walking distance to the beach.

The place is tidy and clean, and within walking distance to the beach. The pool was large which all the kids and adults enjoyed. Would highly recommend.

Had a great time

This was a great property for location, space, and privacy. There are some minor fixes that need done in terms of drawers on dressers, blood stained comforter, and floors needed better cleaning. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again.

Beautiful house in a great location l. Not enough linen and toilet paper fir a house so big

This house had more than enough space for a family of 13. The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was nice with the beach right across the street. We will definitely be booking again l.

Good location, right across the street from beach in nice area., easy check in. Good house for group of guys on golf trip. Only issues were with some of the tvs, but not a big issue.

Bachelor Party

We started here for my two brothers bachelor parties. The house was perfect, plenty of room for all 13 of us adults. It was amazing to have the pool. The check in process was simple and even accommodated an early check in! Would definitely love to revisit.

The house was okay. The pool was murky. When we called, we were told the pool maintenance wouldn't be out until Wednesday. The company said they'll send housekeeping to come by on Monday. When a guy showed up, he tested the pool and told us that the pool's alkaline was high and be sure to take a shower right after. The pool was not treated. No pool maintenance guy ever came by on Wednesday. The kitchen oven had some kind of electrical issue. Food took forever to cook. The company sent a maintenance guy but all he did was check temperature of oven and said nothing was wrong. The beds were hard. The central AC was not very effective especially in the bedrooms downstairs. The pictures of the place online made the house look better than what it looked like in person. "You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig". Overall, I was disappointed with spending all this money for a place that didn't feel at all worth the price tag. I will not be returning to this place. I do not and will not recommend this place to anyone!
