Guest Access:
Guests are allowed in all parts of the home except the garage. Access to the laundry room is allowed for guests who stay 3 nights or longer. Door code is needed to enter garage door to access the laundry room.

The Neighborhood:
A quaint neighborhood. Town home is located near front entrance of neighborhood. Possible noise from cars passing.

Getting Around:
The Blue Cottage is located conveniently near the entrance of the neighborhood.

Other Things to Note:
Laundry room is available for guests stay 3+ night stay or longer.

Property has stairs leading up to the front door and within the home to get to the main level and lower level.

Please keep all cars to the driveway. If street parking is needed park directly in front of the home facing the stop sign.

House Rules:
Keep the home in the condition you found it.

Check Out Instructions-
1. Load dirty dishes in dishwasher and run it. (soap under the sink)
2. Gather all dirty towels into the hamper.
3. Strip all sheets and quilts and place by bedroom doors.
