The location was great! Walking downtown was easy, uphill (gradual incline) on the way back was a great workout for the legs! If traveling with a fury-baby, finding a place for them to go potty is a challenge, but the property is super pet-friendly! Aspen, the property manager, was exceptionally helpful and kind, supplying us with a wonderful binder of information. We will stay again!!!

The room was lovely and exactly how described. It was very clean but I did find a couple of pet hairs however I know it was pet friendly so I’m definitely not complaining. I was actually impressed I only found a couple. Bathtub is a bit small but for the price I think that was fair. My only complaint would be the air conditioner was a bit difficult to figure out it was either freezing or too hot in the room. Bed was a bit hard but after the first night it didn’t bother me. I woukd definitely book with them again.

The property is as advertised and in an excellent location. The only problem we had was finding the property. It's behind another building and not clearly marked. Some signage or house numbers would be helpful. There was a problem on the second day. I messaged the host and it was corrected within an hour. Definitely a great place close to downtown. If you're in Eureka Springs this is a good choice.

The room was nice and cozy. The AC was excellent and we had everything that we needed. Unfortunately we had a few things we didn't need. I killed a half dozen carpenter ants during our stay. We also had visitors. At 2 AM on Tuesday night we had banging on our door so aggressively that the entire room shook and the door knob was rattled. They kept banging and I ended up having to call the police. By the time the police arrived whomever it was had run off (forget about sleeping after that). The floor in the bathroom/sink/kitchen area was also moist & sticky the entire stay. Aside from these issues the room was nice and tidy.

Very clean. Walking distance to downtown shops (0.6 miles). Pet friendly. Host was extremely responsive and quick to answer messages. Cute room. Will stay again if we can get it!

Convenient to Downtown

Communication with the host before and during stay was outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was upon arrival. It was an easy walk to get to the downtown shopping area and to the main trolley station.
