CAUTION Expect an unforgettable experience

There were missing details in this listing. A 20 gate key to access the unit paid upon arrival to property management. No working elevator - this unit is on the THIRD floor! About this specific unit- We went the first 18 hours without running water and all three days without access to a bathroom. The owner would not answer my texts, the property management calls, or VRBO calls. I’m posting the restroom located in the main office that I had to beg to use since our bathroom was inoperable. Be prepared to use this if you book here. Also know that you can’t use this restroom after dark because the staff will tell you it isn’t a public bathroom. After dark there is a 24-hour Whataburger across the street that will allow you to use their restroom WITH purchase. We overlooked the dirty dishes in drawers and used loofahs and soap left in the bathroom. Not to mention the discarded food left stuffed in the bunk beds. Jokingly, on our drive back to Dallas from Corpus, my husband and I realized we had MORE access to working bathrooms on the Texas Interstates with all the Buccees than we did in that unit.

Hot and rainy. Lots of construction.

Outside needs lots of work. Bath tub would not drain properly.

The room itself was very cute. Alot of little things were thought of when supplying the room with things needed. However, there were a few little things not addressed. The dust/possible mold around the air vents was horrible, we cleaned them. The fan blades look like they have never been cleaned, did not use. There is mold on the wood counter top next to stove. And there is a water leak in wall between kitcken and shower. You can hear it when someone is showering. The fact that the property is under construction is great, it needs it. However, some kind of notification in the description of the room would be great. The fire alarms are shut off due to construction which i dont think is very safe.

Great Location but the Unit NOT so great.....

The property's location is great. However, the unit and property need alot work. There was a leak in the tub from a pipe and the tub also had standing water during a shower. The TV in the bedroom never worked during our 8-night stay. As for communication with the host, it was not quick responses or nor helpful. We made the best of our time there, but would not recommend anyone staying until there are some updates or changes to both unit and property.

Location was the best feature of the property. The condo definitely needs some updating specifically around plumbing as there was no water pressure and something leaking in the tub.

Perfect Little Getaway!

This was such a perfect stay. It was clean and had everything we needed for our beach trip. The decorations were cute and the bed was probably the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept in in a VRBO. Thank you so much for everything! We will be returning.

Good location but host does not communicate when asked questions

I asked if i could check in early. All she said was will have to see when the prevoius guest have left. I did end up checking in about one hour and half early. When I got to the room, a pile of dirty laundry was in the bedroom still. No clean towels out. Had to find sheets, towels, trash bags in the closet and make the bed. Some sheets and towels had stains on them. I tried to contact the host several times to see if the room was going to be cleaned or if the laundry would be taken. No response. There were no instructions emailed or on the website. A few repairs needed, like the hall light was apart on the table and the kitchen table had a broken leg. The sliding patio door was broken and hard to open.The location was good. Pool is warm. I wish there was communication on the host part. Seems once I was booked i never heard from her again. see if
