This is a very clean cared for home. Maybe not "home" more like investment company owned. Nice deck, nice hot tub. Nice walk to the beach. You should know that it is in a kinda hole with very large tall homes all around it. The host scared the you know out of me before we got there about our dog. I guess the HOA folks watch everyone like a hawk. Didn't give off a very relaxing vibe. This is a place most suited to people with "hypo Allergenic dogs" that are used to upscale urban environments. The breakfast place nearby was excellent. Tidal Waves and Gracie's Seahag had amazing food. We stayed in Yachats last year and found it far more relaxing and less chaotic. That's where we will head on our next trip. Coast was beautiful as usual.

A fun little house to relax at and enjoy the coast. The hot tub is private (and even worth a dip during the rainy winter) and the beach is only about a five minute walk. The TV has a nice stereo system, but I will say the beds are REALLY tall. I'm an average height male but even I had to leap up to get on the bed. The neighborhood is mostly other vacation rentals so keep in mind there will be a lot of foot traffic. The kitchen is nice and has most of the basics there for your use. But for the coffee drinkers, remember to bring your own coffee and baskets!

We appreciate your notes about the neighborhood and are happy to clarify for coffee drinkers that the home is stocked with a reusable basket coffee filter that's in the Mr. Coffee maker. BEAUTIFUL HOME, AWESOME VIEW!

Thank you for allowing my friends and I to stay at your beautiful home. Everything about the house is beyond our expectation! The view is magificent from both floors and the accommodations are splendid! The house was VERY clean, neat and fully equipped for every family! The listing description is very accurate and Lisa is such a wonderful person to rent from. I would definitely come back again because the house was directly located by the beach! So many things to do. My friends and I especially enjoy watching the sunset from our rooms as we sat in the hot tubs. Thank you again for an unforgetable getaway.
