Enjoy all that Tahoe has to offer in our peaceful 2BR/2BA condo, perfectly situated near 2 Heavenly lifts and amazing hiking and biking trails, your own Lake Tahoe adventure awaits! Our home sleeps 6 and offers a fully equipped kitchen, 2 Queen bedrooms, a Queen futon, white luxury bedding, a lovely gas fireplace, all the comforts of home, and tranquil forest/mountain views. Just steps away from our community pool/hot tub, and close to the casinos, shopping, dining, and the Lake! VHRP #08400039

Please note there is a flight and a half of stairs to climb in order to reach the front door.
The HOA outdoor pool and hot tub is located across the street and Heavenly's Stagecoach Lodge and the trailhead to the Tahoe Rim Trail are both located less than a mile from our Condo. We are on the Heavenly bus route, and they will bring you to the ski resort for free with pick-ups every 15 minutes.
Our Covid-19 Promise:
- Professionally cleaned to CDC standards using heat and bleach on all linens as well as disinfecting all surfaces including light switches, door knobs, and other high touch areas
- High Speed Wi-Fi (perfect for remote workers and distance learners)
You will have 100% private access to our condo during your stay. The Clubhouse Pool and Hot Tub belong to the community HOA and are located right across the street from our building (walk or drive). The hot tub is open year-round and the heated swimming pool is open seasonally in the summertime only.
We have fully disclosed the stairs and we do not offer same day refunds if a member of your party cannot climb the stairs.
HOUSE RULES: No parties, No Smoking, max occupancy of 6 persons strictly enforced, parking for no more than 2 vehicles, and parking passes are required to be displayed on your driver's side dashboard for the duration of your stay. Quiet hours between 9:00pm and 8:00am are strictly enforced, violations can result in a fine. We live in a quiet neighborhood so please enjoy Tahoe while respecting our neighbors.
Essentials Provided: Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, TP, paper towels, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, new sponge every turnover, laundry detergent, and much more!
A cancellation fee of 5% of the total amount charged applies and is non-refundable.
We have fully disclosed the stairs and we do not offer same day refunds if a member of your party cannot climb the stairs.
