Very nice clean apartment. Enjoyed our stay as it was close and convenient to where we needed to be. The apartment building felt safe and secure and was very quiet. The check in process was a little confusing as we had to get the key fob from the lock box on the next block. Overall would stay there again.

This property was in a great location however, for the price we paid, we were extremely disappointed. The unit we stayed in wasn’t very clean. The floors were gross. The beds were not comfortable at all and the sofa was extremely sad. It was dirty and so uncomfortable to sit on. The front office staff at the building were rude and not friendly at all. Parking was also a nightmare. We had 6 adults staying in this unit and we were only allowed one parking space. I would never stay at the place again. I think we would have been better off staying in a hotel. I felt completely annoyed that I paid so much to stay here. :(

Great Location

Love the location. We always try to stay at this property while visiting our daughter. The apartment was clean, bright, and comfortable. The check in and check out process is a little "clunky". There are not clear indications about check in, you have to follow a link sent days before and find the check in button, same with checking out. In the past we have experienced a much more user-friendly format for these tasks. If you drive, take note of the one-way streets in this area! We experienced numerous vehicles turn into oncoming traffic on this street! Our stay was great and will check for this unit upon the next visit.

We enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights in June. The proximity to the convention center (where we were daily for a volleyball tournament) and to restaurants and shops was wonderful. Having covered garage parking, a pool, and a full apartment was very nice. Traveling with 2 teens was made easier by having their own beds, bedroom, and bathroom. Communication with the host was easy and quick. The only areas I think could use improvement was the couch (which is listed as a pullout bed also) needs to be replaced. It has served its time and is no longer comfortable. It also could be bigger for the space.
