Winter Escape

This unit met all our needs. Opening the door we said WOW...we were very impressed. Great location and easy to get to the beach. The host had all the beach chairs, towels, and coolers that made it very easy to just relax and enjoy the warm weather. We would definitely stay here again!

Unique decor

This condo was the best we have ever stayed at . Check in was so simple. Text from owner to make sure everything was as expected was a thoughtful touch. The owner Lynn was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will rent this unit again.

Great Location and Condo!

Check in was easy, communication with the host prior to the visit was informative and clear. Location is great with wonderful sunsets- we were only in the unit for the sunset twice as we were enjoying the area and the beach at sunset. The facilities pool and gym were clean and were used most days. Great area dining and took a day trip to Naples as Lisa took a very informative bike tour while I walked the area and the beach followed by lunch. Many restaurant choices on Marco and we really enjoyed the beach….sunning, swimming, snorkeling… Again, great condo and location. Everyone we met was pleasant and look forward to a future extended vacation next year!!

One pool for like 1,000 units and 3,000 occupants!! Very crowded and no chairs.

Beach is a mike away with equipment. Checkers at pool to make sure not a drop of food around!! No assigned parking!! Horrible place! Condo beautiful but the only good thing about this property!!!

Great location

Location was breathtaking and condo was very nice. We love Marco Island. However, we packed light because we were promised on site laundry facilities and they were in disrepair the entire two weeks we were there. Also, one of the elevators was broken making wait times long. And we were told there would be no construction or noise, but, indeed there was. Repairs, new tile in hallways, and even water being shut off for a few hours. These towers need ongoing repair and attention according to one of the residents we spoke to. Disappointed we didn't get some sort of compensation for not getting entirely what we paid for.

Great condo with beautiful views but...

This is a very nice, big and clean condo with a fabulous view. The part that wasn't so fabulous was all the construction. We had asked before booking about that after reading a few reviews and Lynn thought it wouldn't be a problem. It was a problem. From 8 to 5 every day except the weekend there was the constant noise of jackhammers, nail guns and electric saws. That wasn't even the worst part. On the second day there I left my husband at the pool and went up to the condo. A strange man ended up walking into the bathroom while I was completely naked in the shower! He was as mortified as I was! Apparently he was the exterminator and was spraying for bugs. He thought the condo was empty and probably didn't hear the shower because of the jack hammering. Even though we had checked in at the front desk when we arrived and they knew the condo was occupied there was a failure of communicating that to the exterminator.

Marco is great

Property was very well maintained…condo felt as comfortable and as clean as being at home!! Only downside is the long walk to the beach.

Excellent stay, as close to perfect as it can be.

We had an excellent stay, the apartment is fully equipped and recently renovated. Everything is new, fresh and clean. Nicely decorated with attention to detail. The view from the balcony is very nice and relaxing, and great for enjoying sunsets. The hallways of the building are being renovated, but this didn’t interfere with our stay at all. The rest of the building is very well kept. Lynn, the host, was easily accessible, giving all needed instructions and information for our stay, with prompt responses to questions and solving any situation, either by email or answering your call immediately. She was an excellent host. This was one of the best rentals that we have had through VRBO. We will definitely look for this rental again in the future.

Excellent Location in Marco Island

We have stayed at other condominiums in Marco Island in prior years, but this was - by far - the best one. The unit has been renovated recently - as noted in the pictures, and the location in the building allows for perfect views of the Marco Island sunsets.

Beautiful property in ideal location

Good communication with owner. Newly renovated condo with exceptional decor and fixtures and spectacular view. Well supplied in every regard with new appliances, excellent beach equipment, etc. Ideal location WRT both beach access and walking distance to many of our favorite restaurants on Marco. We will be annual regulars at this property

Absolutely PERFECT!!!

This was the first time my husband and I had used VRBO. This property was exactly as it was represented online. The property manager, Lynn, was a delight to work with. Check-in was effortless, the property was clean, quiet and very relaxing. The entire area was neatly manicured, clean and very welcoming. We will definitely be visiting again next year.
