The first floor is a perfect blend of style and comfort. It features a chic dining room that seats 10, ideal for group meals. The living room is bathed in natural light, offering ample seating for relaxation. A fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all your cooking essentials, includes a kitchen table that seats 8. This floor also houses a stylish bedroom, a half bath, and an exclusive speakeasy room with a golf simulator, pool table, and shuffleboard. Step out onto the deck for outdoor seating and a hot tub.

Basement: The basement is designed for entertainment and comfort. Enjoy movie nights in the state-of-the-art theater, and unwind in one of the two cozy bedrooms. The beautiful walk-out basement also features a poker table, perfect for game nights with friends and family. This floor hosts 1 full bathroom.

Second Floor: The second floor is home to four upscale, stylish bedrooms, each offering a unique and luxurious retreat. This level also includes 2 bathrooms and a convenient laundry room.

We absolutely adored our stay at this property. It was absolutely spacious and entertaining to keep our large group engaged throughout our trip. The house was beautifully designed and we would definitely love to stay again should another opportunity present itself! While we did not have any children with us, the little playroom down stairs was an adorable touch! Very kid friendly space!

We loved all of the space for our extended family! From the dedicated crib room to the pack and play in another walk in closet, two dedicated living rooms plus the game room equipped with a golf simulator, pool table and shuffle board table. The hot tub, sauna, and fire pit were also a big hit. The host was VERY responsive to our needs, getting back within minutes with solutions to our inquiries.

Property as described. The perfect location for my husband’s surprise birthday celebration. Great communication and plenty of space for a large group. The house is amazing and was super clean upon arrival. Check in was a breeze. Hopefully we will stay there next time we come to Asheville!

Our group of 6 couples had a wonderful weekend in Asheville, and this house provided the perfect amount of space for all 12 of us to spread out. The basement game room was a huge hit and definitely the highlight of the indoor amenities! However, there are a few areas where the guest experience could be elevated to match the beautiful photos in the listing.Areas for Improvement:Guest Comfort & Tech: We struggled quite a bit with the electronics as there was no welcome manual or instructions. It took us about two hours to get the Wi-Fi/TVs functional (which required a manual modem reboot), and we unfortunately never got the sauna to work. Additionally, it was a chilly weekend and we found there were no extra blankets available in the house, which would have been a much-appreciated touch for a group this size.Outdoor Maintenance: The patio is a beautiful space, but it arrived quite "lived in" with heavy leaf debris and mold on the furniture cushions. Kitchen Supplies: While there are plenty of dishes, the cookware isn’t quite "chef-ready" for a group of 12. We struggled with the lack of a large frying pan or baking sheet, and the only large skillet available was heavily burnt.The Bottom Line:The house has fantastic bones and plenty of room for a large gathering without feeling cramped. With a bit more attention to the outdoor upkeep, some extra linens, and a few basic kitchen upgrades, this could easily be a 5-star stay.

We received a call the morning of our arrival that the theatre room wouldn’t be available to use during our stay. We were sad to lose the theatre room since the kids were excited about that but - management was very accommodating for this inconvenience and communication was fantastic. The house is great with plenty to do for all ages. The living room couch is bright orange with metal hooks all over it? We honestly couldn’t figure out why and were not comfortable using it. Other than that we loved it - from the poker table to the golf sim we rarely left the house.
