Our lovely home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and its own wonderful private pool. The fabulous games room incorporates a full-size state of the art slate bed pool table plus darts.

Sunset Villa - your gateway to a magical Florida holiday experience. This ideally situated villa gives you convenient access to all Disney, Universal & Sea World theme parks, Sunset Villa is located in a brand new community development named Cumbrian Lakes (a gated community) set in a rural conservation area, containing lakes, walking track and a children's play area.

The Villa is south west facing so you can watch the sun go down whilst relaxing over a nice drink, or two!

The villa is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans in every room

There is a travel cot, high chair, all towels and linen provided free of charge
For the comfort of our guests, no pets are allowed
We have a strict no smoking policy

Great property for us we just enjoyed the pool, neighborhood for walking, we came for rest and quietness and got it there, would visit again.

Everything worked but nothing worked well. Very outdated, laundry room door broken, microwave light broken, cracked tiles, lots of blinds broken, master bed is so hard that we didnt get much sleep.Water preasure waa great, pool area was wonderful, loved having the grill to cook on. Overall not amazing but worked for a week away from home.

Wonderful vacation

The location was great. Close to everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool. There were plenty of towels but no washcloths. But that did not stop us from having a great time. We would stay here again.

A bit tired

The entrance porch has a dead plant and is generally not that welcoming. Entrance lock is good, as well as patio lock.The pictures show a good games room, however, the pool table has one cushion that is broken and has no bounce. Also there was a dartboard which was broken and on the floor. I raised this with the manager who said he would replace the dartboard and contact the owner.about the table. A new dartboard was delivered a few days later but nothing was heard further about the pool table.The decor was fairly tired. We didn’t use any kitchen equipment apart from the kettle. The pool was great, apart from a fly problem, which I thought was down to a faulty filter. I raised this with the manager but he said this was common. The pool was cleaned on Wednesday mornings, but as soon as it was on our second week, the gardeners came round cutting the grass which permeated the lanai and hit the pool. Cumbrian Lakes is a nice place and this is our third visit there. We booked this property late as the original one that we had booked was sold a few weeks before we went so we had to find somewhere else and this seemed the only choice based on the games room. The golf clubs were a nice touch though.Probably wouldn’t stay here a second time.
