• Is there a fee for using the grill?
Yes! there is a $30 cleaning fee to clean the grill. Propane tank is there but
the responsibility of the guest to fill if they'd like to use it!

• What is the fee for pool heat?
Pool heat and Hot tub heat together will be $125 for 3 nights and $150 for
every 7 nights.

• Are the community pools heated year-round?
Absolutely! The grand pool is heated all year round!


• What are the pool hours?
The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.


• What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides?
Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time.


• Are there activities at the Resort?
Yes, and the activities change monthly!


• What time does the Clubhouse open/close?
