Sit back and relax out on your private, furnished balcony and enjoy the bay breeze while taking in the spectacular view.

We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and bath soap for the first 24 hours. A starter supply of trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher pods. We strongly recommend you bring additional. We provide all the bed linens and bath towels. 

Here’s what to expect:
Cleanliness is a top priority for travelers. We use a Professional Cleaning Service to ensure that every corner of your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Your vacation property is supplied with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap.

All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation.

Things to Know:
-Renters must be 25+ years of age.
-NO Smoking, NO Vaping.
-STRICT  2 guest parking spots in front of garage and cannot park along the fence.
-No Pets
-Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
-Snowbirds Accepted.

Other things to note:
While we recognize the very real need for Emotional Support Animals, unfortunately, we must decline all pets.
In the interest of caution, and the well-being of guests with pet allergies, we unfortunately have to request that our guests refrain from bringing any and all animals into the residence.

All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on day of arrival.

Check-out time: 10:00 These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.

CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Free cancellations up to 30 days of your arrival date.
Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.

Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.
