It is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, public beaches and walking trails.

Great safe, clean, and comfortable rental!

We really loved this townhouse! Was perfectly situated for the first part of our trip where we visited Gulf Breeze Zoo and the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Center. Quick access to a Winn Dixie about 5 minutes away, and neighborhood/area felt very safe. My only complaint is my wife wants to remodel our house to look like this townhome now lol. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at this Pensacola townhouse! The home was clean, easy to locate, and overall very comfortable. It worked well for our group and was a solid base for exploring the area.There are just a few things that could be improved to make the stay even better:Outdated Cookware: The pots and pans provided are heavily worn and scratched, with most of the nonstick coating gone (see photos). We chose not to use them and would recommend bringing your own if you plan to cook or asking the host if these have been replaced.Sleeping Arrangement Clarification: The listing mentions it “sleeps 6” and includes a sofa bed. However, the sofa does not convert into a bed. When the host responded they did let us know there was an air mattress available, but this should be clarified in the listing for accuracy. The air was mattress was a twin size. Response Time: We reached out to the host a little after check-in (4 PM) with a question regarding the sleeping arrangements, but didn’t receive a response until 11:50 PM. It may have been due to a time zone difference, but more timely communication would have been appreciated.Suggestion: A guest guidebook with local restaurants, attractions, and essential info would be a great addition to enhance the guest experience.Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. These are small, fixable issues and wouldn’t stop us from booking again—but with a few updates, it could easily be a 5-star experience.

A very comfortable stay

We were fortunate to find a perfect spot in Gulf Breeze. We came in for my twins’ graduation and the location was just what we needed. The townhouse is very cozy, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping when traveling, but I slept very well. Communication was great with the owner, and we had no issues that required attention. I would definitely be happy to return to this rental on my next trip to Gulf Breeze.

Hidden Gem

We enjoyed our stay. Grocery stores, restaurants, and most importantly the beach were no more than a 15 minutes away. The host was exceptional; very friendly and super responsive.

Amazing stay and location!

No complaints! Owner was very helpful if I had any questions. The property was beautiful and clean! Close drive to beach, stores, and restaurant. Would recommend to everyone wanting to go to the beach!

Very Nice

Perfect little townhouse! The house was clean and beautifully decorated and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend. Also perfect location with short commute to the beach and downtown Pensacola.

Spring break family beach trip

This was a beautifully clean, updated, wonderful location for my family to stay while on vacation. They had everything we needed and it was extremely quiet, peaceful, and we did not hear any neighbors or animals during our visit. We would highly recommend booking this location and we may return in the future.
