The Space:

The living/dining area, features a TV and wifi, convertible sofa bed, a table to seat four guests, window, hardwood floors, various artwork created by owner, and exposed beams to create a bright and inviting ambiance.

The kitchen, not a fully functioning kitchen, offers compact storage for essentials, and is equipped with a Keurig/coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and electric 2-burner stove for light meals.

The bedroom on the right features a queen bed, dresser, smart TV, nightstand with a lamp. Adjacent to this room is a Jack & Jill bathroom & another bedroom.

The Jack & Jill bathroom features a single shower, vanity, toilet & cabinets for storage. We provide some starter supplies/essentials: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and make-up wipes.

Surrounded by lush bushes, this large swimming pool offers a tranquil escape from the everyday relaxation. The pool features steps leading into the water on one end and a ladder on the opposite side, making it easily accessible for all guests. Whether you’re looking to swim laps, lounge by the poolside, or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It also has a charming outdoor patio area with a wooden deck. There are several chairs around a small table, perfect for relaxing or social gatherings. It looks like a lovely spot to enjoy some fresh air and nature!

Guest Access:

The entrance will be at the back of the home where you’ll climb stairs to get to the apartment. Follow the yellow signs that say to “Jack’s Place”. Due to the sensitive nature of this information we will email access codes separately. Entry is via keyless lock.



For parking; please be courteous to our neighbors. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street around the house.



Other Things to Note:

1. Access requires climbing a flight of stairs & carrying luggage.

2. Guests have full access to 2nd floor of the home.

3. Guests have full private access to the pool.

4. Owner residence on the 1st floor of the home.

5. Property has an induction 2 burner cooktop, not ideal for major meals. Toaster/Air fryer, Microwave & BBQ grill available for cooking.

6. No washer & dryer available on property; there is a local laundromat in town.

7. No dishwasher available on property-need to hand wash dishes.



Here are the House Rules you can look to upon staying at the home:

• Guests must be 21 years of age and older to book this property.

• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 9 PM - 7 AM.

• Only park in the designated areas.

• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.

• Pets are not allowed inside the premises.

• NO SMOKING allowed in the home. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home.

• To minimize odors all trash must be in trash bags and removed from the house and put in the garbage can.

• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.

• No parties, events, and smoking allowed.

• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.

*Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
