Welcome to the Den - home near beach with arcade!

Located in a peaceful neighborhood in Gulf Breeze, Florida, your home away from home is just minutes from putting your toes in the sand & hearing the ocean waves! It is also close to tons of restaurants, shops, & Downtown Pensacola. You won’t regret staying in this amazing location. Our #1 priority is to make this experience comfortable, pleasurable, & memorable for you! We have a full kitchen, patio arcade, bonfire pit, free parking & free wifi.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home has 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a twin futon.

You’ll have access to the whole house, Patio Arcade, front porch, & shared backyard. Unfortunately, we no longer allow access to the washer & dryer, but we hope this doesn’t deter you from staying with us.

**THE GARAGE SUITE IS SEPARATE AND MAY HAVE OTHER GUESTS AT THE SAME TIME AS YOU**.

Pets are allowed, but must be discussed with hosts prior to booking. $50 pet fee must be paid for and pet must be trained. You will be responsible for any damages from pet.

**We are partnered with a fishing charter company- Gulf Bay Charters. If you’d like to schedule a fishing trip on your stay here, please let us know so we can send you more info & help you arrange it!**

The home is clean and is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood where we felt very safe walking our dogs. The yard is not fenced in, so leashes are a must. The home does need updating, which I’m told will be done in the coming months. The owner was very responsive. Overall, it definitely met our needs

The shower and hot water were not working properly in the Master Suite. There was hot water at the sink, but not in the shower or bathtub. The shower needs repair, as the water flow is very low (maybe this is the reason there is no hot water).

Perfect home away from home

We loved our stay. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood close enough to everything; shopping, dining, beaches. Plenty of room to hangout together and play games, but still have your own space for some quiet. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating, even allowed us to extend our trip without any hassle. We highly recommend this home and we plan to return.

Cozy Home for the Holidays

My family makes an annual trip to the Gulf Breeze/Pensacola area to visit with relatives for the holidays. We were able to comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 1 child in this cozy, well located family home. If you are looking for a grand, luxurious waterfront experience, this may not be the place for you, however if you are looking for a true home away from home with reasonable rates, this is the place. There were a few nicks here and there and the backyard putt putt course is a work in progress, but otherwise our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable!

Close to beach in quiet, older neighborhood and very clean; but not well stocked plus several safety hazards. No broom or vacuum, no cooking knives or baking dishes, massive crack in tile floor with sharp edges (where the foundation shifted?), falling down property fence, and only 6 washcloths for 2 adults for an entire week at the beach. With "guests no longer having access to the washer & dryer", I asked the owner for an exception to use them since we were renting for 7 nights. Owner said it was "under construction". There is literally no construction in progress on the premises unless it is in the garage that they turned into another rental unit where a dog would whine non-stop when the guests left it alone. We were brought a broom w/dustpan and some brand new (&unwashed) towels and cloths but nothing else we needed. A/C is shot in the playroom and the scoreboard doesn't work on the bball game even though we put in new batteries, because our grandchildren were coming for a visit. I definitely would not stay here again; but at least it was clean.

Clean and Comfortable

The house is in a nice neighborhood and about a 20 minute drive to everything one would want to do around Pensacola. The property was clean, but there were a few maintenance issues that I brought to the attention of the hosts. The hosts were very responsive to my messages. A hair dryer, trash can, and iron/ ironing board would be a nice addition to the master bathroom. If you are travelling with a dog, you need to know that the yard is not completely fenced.Overall, we were pleased with our stay. The beaches and restaurants recommended are great. Visit the Islander Food Shack- so good!

Nice but could use updates

The layout of the house was nice. The game room could use updating the basketball hoop electronic we're broke the ping pong worked well. On the left side of yard there were debris. The neighborhood had no sidewalks to walk a pet the yard was not fully fenced in. The fridge was broken but two mini fridges were available. The laundry room was not accessible. The TV was high up on wall making it hard to plug a Roku in but doable. Enjoyed our family stay here ping pong was best.

Thank you for your feedback. We have spent a lot of time updating our home to ensure the best stay possible for our guests. We have made sure our cleaners keep out plenty of towels for our guests. The yard and game room have been tended to as well. We hope all our future guests have a fabulous stay.

Disappointed

House was located in a great neighborhood. But unfortunately, the description is not what we got when we got there. Contacted the owner and they took a while to get back to us. There was an ad saying that washer and dryer was available, but it was not. It showed pictures of a putt putt in the backyard. That looked really nice. But when we got there, it was horrible. The refrigerator in the kitchen and the freezer didn't work. We were instructed to just use the little small ones that were available. Not enough towels for all of us that stayed there just kind of really disappointed was expecting it to be something else. There was stains on the linens and we found a critter.

Huge apologies here, we have made improvements to ensure a quality stay in the future. We have a replaced the refrigerator with a brand new one as well as we have replaced all linens as well as all comforters. We have also instructed our cleaners to keep all of the towels out so our guests will have plenty. Our sincere apologies on your poor stay but we have ensured these improvements hence forward.
