この1ベッドルーム/ 1バスルーム、65平方メートル（652平方フィート）はオープンプランの居住空間を照らし出す壮大な大きめのアーチ形の窓の周りを中心にしており、印象的な外の壮大な建物に囲まれています。 カラフルなクッション、Beni Ourrainモロッコのヴィンテージの敷物、手作りの木製のビーズの付いた照明器具を備えた2つの快適なラウンジャーがあり、足を上げてくつろげる場所です。

折衷主義は、レグナの木製のエレガントなコートフックや、チリのデザインスタジオブラボーによるブロンズ、現代的なオリーブグリーンのCorniche-Vitra棚のような慎重に選ばれた作品でペントハウス全体で共鳴しています。 これらの作品は、1950年代のButterfly Ercolの椅子のようなより多くのデザインクラシックと融合し、個々のスタイルを作り出しています。

Great time in Barcelona.

We came to Barcelona after spending two months in Italy. Our experience in Barcelona was excellent. The apartment is up-scale with a great view. Checking in with the property manager was first-class. Our entire stay was excellent. It was a great property with first-class service!

Great property, good location, responsive, accommodating management.

We enjoyed our 7-day vacation in Barcelona. This property is well situated on a beautiful blvd with good access to all parts of the city. The apartment is well appointed and fun. The terrace is nice and the views outstanding. A good choice.

Fantastic stay

I recently stayed at this property from Feb 23rd - March 1st. I have stayed at several properties over the past 7 yrs and this is by far the best! The pictures does not do it justice. From, the location, to the amenities, to the seamless interaction with Elisa the property manager all were great. This will always be my first choice when I visit Barcelona.

The Perfect Place to Stay!

This apartment is perfectly located if you want a beautiful, quiet space, with amazing restaurants (a couple literally outside the street-side door), away from the very heavily populated tourist areas. Though away from some popular stops, we walked everywhere without a problem. Taxis are super easy to get if it's a little too far. The view of the Avinguda Diagonal from the front window and the rooftop balcony is beautiful and we loved everything about this apt! It was great to live around more "locals" and would absoultely stay here again!

A real unique place to soak in Barcelona.

Everything about this place special. The location is great, on a lovely boulevard with all kinds of shops and businesses with big side walks and is tree-lined with palms. Buses run frequently as does the tour bus, which we decided to get a two day tour bus pass and use it as our means of transportation. You can get on and off at various sites, and it saved us money while getting informed about Barcelona. The view Is spectacular and you can even get a glimpse of a Gaudi building down the boulevard. The terrace gives you divine panoramic views of Barcelona. There also is a "chill" room off the terrace for additional space to relax and savor a nap, a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. I loved this place and the managers were great and stayed in touch with us if we had additional needs. The furnishings, lights, bathroom are very artistic...yet totally functional.

Bright, Light, Luxurious

Really a lovely spot. It is just as in the pictures. Professional management and attention to detail. It was hard to decide whether we wanted to dine out at night or have supper on the beautiful deck. Excellent AC and amenities. Everything SUPER clean! Close to bus lines, but a little bit of a walk to metro. Bedroom is small, but bed is extremely comfortable, and closet space is great. Bathroom is small too, but very chic, like a boutique hotel. The extra room on the deck which we dubbed the "chill out room" felt like a little beach house in the sky. (This is also where the separate washer and dryer were located). The living room is stunning, with ultra high ceilings. The neighborhood is lovely, easy enough to get to the tourist spots but a little removed. We would gladly stay here again. (If you stay here, you should be comfortable with stairs: elevator stops at 5 and you walk one flight to 6.)

Tout près d un arret bus touristique. Seul point négatif, la climatisation ne parvenait pas à contrer la vague de chaleur. Nous recommendons! :-)

Beautiful, well-equipped apartment!

We absolutely loved this apartment! The apartment came equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, great shower, comfortable bed, washer/dryer and the star for us was the amazing terrace which we used daily. It's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro stop (Hospital Clinic) but we love it - helped us find little spots to stop for coffee, snacks and wine. Cabs are always right out front. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and stylish apartment.

I love this apartment!

We just spent 5 nights at Marimon and from the moment we walked in to this beautiful, light filled space, we were in love. It is stunning. Exactly as in the photos, only better in person! It is spotless and there is much attention to detail - both in the decor, amenities and supplies. Everything has been considered. The terrace is fantastic (and has a table with 4 chairs in addition to the 2 loungers in the photos) and the breezes that come through the apartment with that door open, are wonderful. As others have said, the location is beautiful and within walking to many shops, restaurants and some lovely bakeries and specialty food stores. The management was there when we arrived and were very accommodating to us - allowing us to check in early and leave a bit late and from the initial inquiry to the day of check out, were perfect. Can't recommend it more. I only wish I didn't live so far away or I would visit frequently!

Absolutely Fabulous!!

This property is amazing! We arrived on March 23rd and someone was already waiting for us when we arrived. She explained all the little things that needed explaining and then left us on our own to explore the penthouse. What can I say? It was PERFECT! The views are amazing, the terrace is wonderful, having a washer and dryer was also a plus. The couch in that room off the terrace is a great napping spot. The bathroom and shower were super clean and modern and made staying there all the better. We stayed in 3 different VRBO properties during our trip to Spain and this place was definitely the favorite. Great location, you have places to purchase groceries around the corner and a Hugo Boss and Michael Kors right below you. Easy to get to, easy to catch a cab from, the Metro station I believe is super close by, although we only used cabs. While the bedroom is small by American standards it did not detract from anything as we literally were only in there to sleep. Oh, and there is a lovely view of that cathedral on the hill from the bedroom window, a nice little bonus! Overall, a wonderful property that I would highly recommend.

Beautiful light-filled apartment in upscale area

My adult daughter and I spend a week in this lovely apartment. It was exactly as it appears in the photos, and was very comfortable for 2 people. I will echo another review in saying that, during hot August months, it did get quite warm in the apartment at times, but as we were there mainly at night, this did not present too much difficulty for us. In addition, the people who manage the property were very attentive to our needs. A friendly representative was there when we arrived, showed us around the apartment, talked to us about the neighbourhood, restaurants, shops, getting-around, etc. There was also a helpful handbook with information. We did feel we could call anytime with questions/concerns; responses were always very prompt and courteous. The neighbourhood, being slightly out of the touristy area, was perfect for us, as we wanted to "live" in Barcelona for a week, not just "stay" there. We soon learned to master the metro and buses, and were "living like locals" in no time. There are excellent cafes and restaurants within short walking distance, and we always felt safe walking around, even late at night. The highlight of the apartment is the shower with its wonderful "rain" showerhead and lovely products. Overall, an excellent experience.

Beautiful apartment in quiet location

We had a wonderful stay in the Marimon apartment. The roof deck is superb! It is easy to get transportation to tourist areas. Maria met us at the apartment and offered her assistance if needed. The apartment was well equipped and there was a list of restaurants and suggestions for things to do. From the apartment there is a nice view of Ave. Diagonal. I will say we went in July when Barcelona is quite hot. There is one small air conditioning unit in the apartment so it was never very cool, if that matters to you.
