The house was perfect for our weekend trip to visit our daughter at Ball State. Cheaper than a hotel stay and with room to spread out.

The property was in a quiet safe neighborhood near ball state, which was very convenient for us as we were visiting our daughter for the homecoming weekend. The house was very comfortable and we have already booked ourselves to stay here again in A couple weeks.

Perfect for parents weekend

Home was exactly as described and pictured and just perfect for BSU parents weekend. Close to campus but in quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was listed as a quiet neighborhood which was actually right in the heart of campus where the next door neighbors were having a party outside all night. The backyard was listed as a fenced in which we needed since we have small dogs the fence had 3 holes that our small dogs escaped from. The yard had also not been mowed in weeks it was actually shin high both front and back. The inside was fairly clean except the floors which had not been swept or mopped. Would not stay here again.

Hi Trace, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m so sorry to hear your stay didn’t meet expectations — that’s never the experience we want our guests to have. Our home is located close to Ball State, and while it’s usually a quiet residential area, it sounds like you caught an unusually busy weekend on campus. Regarding the yard and fencing... I truly appreciate you bringing that to my attention. We’ve since repaired the fence and updated our landscaping schedule to prevent that from happening again. I’ve also spoken with our cleaning team to ensure floors receive extra attention between each stay. If you had reached out during your stay, I would have been more than happy to address these issues right away to make things right. Communication is so important, and I always want guests to feel comfortable reaching out if something isn’t as expected. We take pride in providing a comfortable and welcoming space, and I hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future. Warmly, Madison
