Perfect location ~ 2 miles short drive or bike over the 17th st bridge to the barrier island with access to multiple public beaches.
Close to all restaurants in downtown Vero and surrounding area. grocery stores, pharmacies/farmers market...and 5mnt short drive to the Jackie Robinson baseball facilities.

The house been updated with new beds, linens, couch , kitchen appliances and fully stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee bar!

A backyard paradise with gas grill and out door seating. Catch some sun relaxing in the private backyard. equipped with 4 seats hot tub and lounge chairs through out.

Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom house in Vero Beach. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed, this marvelous property offers a comfortable stay for guests. Vero Beach House

When we arrived the lawn had yet to be mowed which in my opinion should have been done. Had a heavy rain one night and the front porch roofs gutter was full of debris so did not drain at all through downspout. Rug in back yard sitting area wss very ditwas grosd. Y

Hello Jane, Thank you for your feedback. The lawn maintenance is weekly and my apologies if the grass maintenance crew weren't there during your stay. We went ahead and changed the outdoor rug and also added a an extra large 10 ft by 10ft commercial umbrella to provide shade and.peotect the outdoor furniture and outdoor rug. It rains a lot here, but your feedback is well taken and much appreciated and was acted up on. Thank you. Sam
