Getting Around

We suggest you use your own vehicle to get around. The beach, restaurants, wineries etc are all within a short drive of the property.

The nearest small airport is San Luis Obispo, mid-size is in Santa Maria, and the nearest international airport is LAX. The nearest train station is the Amtrak in Grover Beach, a short drive.

The Neighborhood

Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, Vista Pacifica is ideally situated near local shops, cafes, and restaurants, allowing you to easily explore the best of Pismo Beach. Stroll along the famous pier, indulge in fresh seafood, or take a short drive to nearby attractions like the beautiful dunes of Oceano or the stunning scenery of Avila Beach.

Important to Note:

The property is a twin home that shares a wall with the next-door unit. Please be mindful of other tenants.

Extended stays require periodic mid-stay cleanings. The frequency, whether every two weeks or every three, depends on the duration of your booking. Please be ready to inform us of your preferred day of the week for scheduling these cleanings.

House Rules

1. Communication is key!  Check-in after 4pm.  Check out by 11 am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm. A late checkout fee of $50 per 30 minutes after the checkout time will be charged unless previously approved by us.

2. Honesty is the best policy! Max occupancy is 4. Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Pets are not allowed.

3. No parties! Please respect our home as if it's your own. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

4. Be respectful! Please drive slowly in the neighborhood. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.

5. Be a local! Never leave trash on the beach. Please don't leave trash outside the home or on the balcony,  both will attract a flock of seagulls and very messy other wild animals.  There is a provided trash bin for your convenience.  If you need local recommendations, let us know!
