✍ IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

📍The Beach Club Resort is located 11.9 miles from Gulf Shores. It is located down the peninsula in Fort Morgan (but has a Gulf Shores address).
- It takes approximately 20 minutes from Highway 59 in Gulf Shores to reach The Beach Club.
- This unit is a beachfront unit overlooking the Gulf and is located in a low-density area.
🔞 You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
📝 Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
🧺 Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
🧴 The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
- One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
- Bar of soap per bathroom
- One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
- One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
- Make-up removers per bathroom
- Single sized dish liquid

🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
🚮 Trash Chutes are located on each level on both ends by the stairwell.
🚫 Golf Carts are not allowed at the Beach Club
🚗 Two (2) parking pass included in your reservation.
- Parking passes cost $40.00 per vehicle per stay and will be issued at the security gate upon arrival (Security is available 24 hours)
- Visitor Parking Fee (Day Fee): $7.00 per vehicle per day - must be arranged with Beach Life before arrival of visitors
- No RV's, trailer parking on-site.
- Rates Subject to change without Prior notice.

🚭 Both Catalina and Doral are now NON-SMOKING campuses. Guests will not be allowed to smoke anywhere in the building/grounds/balconies in these towers.

- Located between Catalina and Bristol towers | Open 7am-8pm daily
- The Beach Club Resort & Spa do require an amenity wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities.
- The AMENITY WRISTBANDS are only for the Clubhouse access which includes: indoor pool, outdoor "club" pool, fitness center, sauna, steam room, game room, and kids’ activities at clubhouse.
- The wrist bands are completely optional and if desired would be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival.
- The fee is per day, per condo (not per person).

Other Activities that DO NOT REQUIRE WRISTBANDS:

🎾 Basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts do not require wristbands, but the courts must be reserved at the clubhouse.
🏊 Take a refreshing dip in the tower outdoor pool, hot tub and beach access
👙 Access to all the other tower pools and hot tubs
🥾 Walk trails to explore the surrounding area
🧺 Grills and picnic tables at the north side of the Clubhouse in front of the parking

GETTING AROUND:

The Beach Club Resort is located 11.9 miles from Gulf Shores. It is located down the peninsula in Fort Morgan (but has a Gulf Shores address). It takes approximately 20 minutes from Highway 59 in Gulf Shores to reach The Beach Club. Here's how you can get around the resort.

👣 Walking
The resort is designed to be pedestrian-friendly, with walking paths connecting all the different buildings, pools, restaurants, and the beach.
- Get some fresh air and exercise while jogging or strolling down our scenic walking trail.
- Take care and watch for wildlife as you tour the flower-lined walking trail.
- Explore the area or stop for a quiet chat in one of the tucked away resting spots.
- This beautiful trail is approximately 150 yards long and winds through our quaint cottages.
- Location: To the left of the Cottages found in the center of the property. Look for “K – Resort Path & Gardens”
- Access is complimentary for all guests.

🚲 Biking:
Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan are bike-friendly communities with designated bike lanes on many roads. You can rent bikes from a nearby shops and explore the area at your own pace.

- Pedego Electric Bikes Orange Beach: Tues - Sat: 9am-5pm
- Infinity Bicycles: M-F: 10am-6pm | Sat: 10am-4pm | Sun: 12pm-4pm

🚗 Car:
Having a car will give you the most flexibility to get around. Here are some of the can rentals in the area.
- Guardian Rent A Car: M-F: 8am - 5pm | Sat: 9am - 12pm | Sun: Closed
- Gulf Coast Rental Co: Mon - Sun: 10am - 6:30pm
- Enterprise Rent-A-Car: M-F: 8am - 5pm | Sat: 9am - 12pm | Sun: Closed

🚕 Taxi/Ridesharing:
- Coast Cab: operates in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley, Perdido Key, Pensacola Airport
- Uber and Lyft ride-sharing app/services are also available. This can be a great option if you need to get somewhere quickly and don't want to deal with the hassle of parking.
- Traffic can be heavy especially during peak season and ride apps booking may take time so be sure to allow extra time for travel.

📌 Rental golf carts (any brought in temporarily by an outside vendor) are not allowed at The Beach Club. This applies to owners, owner guests, and rental guests. Security will NOT allow any company to enter the property with a rental golf cart.
📌 Rental guests are banned from driving golf carts onsite.
