    Great location

    We went to a concert at Golden 1 and this place was perfect. It’s within walking distance to some great restaurants so we walked to dinner and caught an Uber to the venue.

    Perfect location for a conference at the Convention Center!

    This VRBO was clean, spacious, well appointed and comfortable. It was the perfect solution for us attending a conference at the Convention Center, Hyatt and Sheraton just a couple of blocks walking distance away! There are also lots of great spots to eat, have drinks or just stroll nearby. We loved it and will be back!

    Great location overall, but the stay was not exactly what we expected. The window AC units struggled to keep up, and it was only the beginning of the hot season. Arriving on a day over 90 to a very hot house was honestly miserable. We ended up having to leave the first evening just to give the window units time to cool the place down before we could comfortably return.Most nights, after being out and about during the day getting our things done, the apartment would still be very warm despite the AC units running, to the point where we were sweating inbed.The signage throughout the property may be intended to help guests, but it felt excessive at times and took away from the welcoming “home” feeling.The host was great and responsive, but the home itself did not feel as remodeled as advertised. It came across more like a quick flip with fresh paint rather than a truly updated or renovated and welcoming property.

    Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your expectations were not fully met. The listing does advertise window A/C units, and during hot weather the home cools best when all windows and doors are kept closed for proper airflow. Several windows were found left open during the stay, which affected cooling efficiency. The home is newly remodeled, and we appreciate your comments, though we do feel the low rating was a bit unfair. We wish you all the best.

    The only problem was with the check in due to an equipment malfunction. I contacted Am(owner) and she was right on top of it, she had a back up plan ready to go with almost zero wasted time. When there are issues or problems that tells me more about how a service is than when things go right and Am was amazing! I would be happy to rent from her again. An additional thanks to her for the help when I lost my wallet right around when we checked out.
