Everything was clean and ready for our stay, the house was way better in person, and the pictures were sheet good to begin with. We were very pleased with our stay. Host responded quick and was very nice. If you’re going to fish. Keep this place in mind.

Family vacation

The property was exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, the neighborhood is very quite and the host was able to help with any needs we had. If you are looking for a quite place to get away this is the perfect spot. I also loved that there were two different living/kitchen area. This house would be great for multiple families to share.

We booked this home because the location was perfect for a family vacation. Its right on the canal so my boys had a great time fishing. Its close to Rockport beach and just a ferry ride away from Port A. This home was much more then we expected. The outside bottom porch allows a nice breeze while you fish our just hang out. The inside was so cute and well put together. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is huge. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Owner was kind enough to let us in 2 days early due to weather. When we arrived, I noticed pretty quickly there were some housekeeping issues and I reached out to the owner with photos, she stated it had been “deep cleaned “ the month before. The first time we pre-heated the oven, the entire house filled with smoke and the fire alarm went off due to a filthy oven, patio door did not shut or lock properly, and was also filthy. When we used the washing machine, we had to remove the detergent reservoir and clean it, it had hard, dry detergent in it, dryer screen was full of lint. Windowsills had dead bugs & other debris, towels that were hung in the bathroom for us were covered in stains and the owner did have new towels dropped off for us. We were staying here for 6 weeks, and there was NOTHING to clean with. No broom, vacuum, toilet cleaner, sponge, literally nothing. The owner did say to go purchase these items and she would reimburse me, which she did. I should mention the house is for sale, and it didn’t sound like the owner had been at the house for several months. The house and area are nice, but somebody needs to pay attention to details inside, it was not ready for guests.

We bought and remodeled this home after Hurricane Harvey basically destroyed Rockport. Our family enjoys it occasionally and it is our family vacation home. We enjoy being on the water and love the fishing. We share it hoping that others can enjoy it as much as we do. Its our perfect getaway.

This house is right out of the city limit line. The home sits on a double lot located on a canal. There are no neighbors next door on either side of the house. Its a quiet neighborhood but still within minutes to downtown Rockport, its beautiful beaches, great food and boutique shopping. Plan for some of the best fishing in South Texas in and around Copano Bay. 10-15 minutes to Aransas Pass and the ferry to Port Aransas.

In a quiet peaceful setting. Home has two stocked kitchens and is perfect for two families or a mother in law type of guest. Downstairs has kitchen dining, living room, bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs has a gourmet kitchen, dining, living, 2 bedroom and a bathroom. It is completely remodeled and nicely furnished. Lots of decking and views from the upstairs deck. It has a dock for fishing or catching bait.
