Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 3-bedroom house in Jacksonville. The bedrooms feature 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. With amenities like AC, WiFi, Large screened in porch and a washing machine, guests can relax and unwind during their stay. Experience what Jacksonville has to offer with a stay at our cozy home.

Important Info/ House rules:

Please notify us within 24 hrs of any issues, so we can address them promptly.

Please refrain from driving or parking in front lawn. There is room for 3 vehicles in the driveway. This is the maximum allowed.

Please note: There is a step down in the patio area where the laundry room and carport door are located. Please watch your step and be cautious. We are not responsible for carelessness.

We DO NOT allow events/parties! lf it is
discovered that a party is occurring, we
reserve the right to cancel the reservation and you will be required to leave the property without refund ($250 violation fee will be enforced).

Max allowed guest per booking are 6. If it is discovered, any extra people over 6 will be charged $50 per person.

No smoking or vaping in home. If discovered that smoking took place, there will be an extra cleaning fee of $250 enforced for deep cleaning.

We allow Canine pets only, No cats. A $125 per pet fee is required due to excessive cleaning per experience. We love fur babies, however need to disclose that we reserve the right to
request guests to leave without refund for the following pets: Out of control, Unhousebroken, Left alone at the listing without prior approval, Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest's control, Not up to date on shots. PLEASE pick up after your pet in the yard.

Please do not use bath towels to clean floors, remove makeup or any other usage except to dry off after showers.

All damaged or missing items will result in a charge at the replacement cost. A "request money" will be sent.

Guests are welcome to use the free channels on Roku TVs or connect to their own personal Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc accounts. TV with Roku or Firestick available in Living Room and
all bedrooms.

I live two hours away but had surgery locally in Jacksonville. Stayed a few nights post op to stay near by my doctors. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The host was more than kind and accommodating and willing to work with some schedule changes. Thank you!

Excellent!

This s a very cozy little house. It was very clean and well-stocked for a comfortable stay. It is very close to the Jacksonville University campus, where our daughter was graduating. Very happy with the place!

Please put some way to address the step down going the laundry room

Hi, I just wanted to let you know the step down to the laundry room looks like an illusion and not only did I trip twice on that step, but I ended up falling because being small it is easy to miss. I then put a piece of paper on the floor so as not to make the same mistake a fourth time. This is just a suggestion to future renters as I wouldn't want you to get in trouble. Otherwise, my stay was wonderful and you keep a very clean and well stocked establishment. All the best with your future tenants. Heidi Pascucci

Everything, was great, except the hot water for the shower only got warm. But the property was clean and spacious.

Charming house

We came to Jacksonville for the GA/FL game and stayed here. The house is modest, but clean and well appointed. Perfect for the 4 of us. Loved the little touches like K-cups and toiletries.
