Good location

This condo is located in walking distance to old downtown Pagosa and The Springs Resort/hot springs. The condo is cute and well maintained and had most provisions. It was nice having the washer/dryer and laundry soap available. The only negatives were the amounts of hair on the bedspread/pillowcases.

Great location

We stayed for just a night here so we could explore Pagosa Springs for NYE. Very good location and able to walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops. The bed was okay, but overall good place for a quick stay

great spot in the middle of town

The upstairs loft space was great. It's small but has everything we needed for a long weekend retreat in Pagosa Springs. Easy walking to everywhere in town. We thought we would have preferred the deck facing the main road for a view but it turned out to be great facing away from the road. Much quieter and we could spot the deer up on the hill behind the house. We would certainly return to this spot for future trips. Thank you.

Terrible

First main issue: When we got into the property it was very cold. We were very tired from our drive in. We opened up windows and tried to find the thermostat. I reached out to the host and they did not respond until 4 days later. Basically telling me “sucks to suck” and that I missed something in their booklet. I didn’t. The temp is supposed to be set at 65 according to their booklet and instead it was set to 56 which is 13 Celsius. We froze our butts off. There was hair in the bathroom and under the bed. The handle on the fridge door is located under the freezer door, there was a pool of water and ice in the door handle. The bathroom tub is INSANE to try to get in and out of

Great getaway

Spent 3 nights and loved it. Quiet and within walking distance to hot springs, shopping and restaurants. Close to park and walking trails. Room was comfortable for my husband and I. Would come back for sure.

Great location!

Enjoyed our stay. We walked everywhere. Place has everything you will need. The washer and dryer came in very handy. Nice patio, larger than expected. It faces the alley but still peaceful. Would stay there again if in the area.

Beautiful studio apartment. Cleaning fee?

The apartment itself was great. We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. My wife and I worked in the hotel/lodge/rental business for a few years, that being said we have both cleaned our fair share of rooms. With that preface, I have to say that I have no idea why we were charged a cleaning fee for this unit. There was hair in the shower. There were no trash bags in trash cans. The bed was unmade and I had to do multiple loads of laundry to accommodate the checkout procedure as there was still a wet load in the washer when we got there including our bedding and someone's underwear. What am I paying for you to clean if I'm doing everything for you. Nothing more relaxing than getting to your unit and then having to do the laundry and make your bed before relaxing. It was rather frustrating. It also makes you wonder if the unit was even cleaned before our stay.

Wish we could have stayed

Was really looking forward to our stay but when we entered the unit there was no heat and when we turned the thermostat up there was a strong smell of gas and sadly that was a deal breaker for us. Everyone involved, property manager, owner, VRBO handled the situation professionally and friendly. It would have been an awesome stay .

Lovely place

We found the condo to be clean, comfortable, and very convenient, both in its close proximity to the Springs and ski resort, and also for the amenities inside. I loved having a washer and dryer while there. The kitchen was well stocked. I also loved the large soaking tub. The check out instructions were clear and simple. We really enjoyed this place!

Amazing Pagosa Springs

This rental was just what we needed. It was the perfect accommodation for 2 and the location was amazing! The views from the back were awesome. The room was beautifully decorated and well stocked. Just can't say enough about the great location!!! Can't wait till we come back again.
