With over 60 miles of biking paths on the Island, there's plenty of opportunity for exploration and relaxation on two wheels. The home also includes a half bathroom located on the first floor.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles maximum. Parking passes are required. 1 pass is included in the reservation, with a second pass available for $30.
• Pets are not allowed.
• This is a two-story home; stairs are required to reach the bedrooms. No elevator available.
