Great Stay for Coachella wrekend

My friends and I had a great stay. Everything we needed was in the house. Short walk to shuttle stop. Property manager was very friendly snd available.

Great location, needs some repairs & upkeep

The good: great location, beautiful heated pool, clean, responsive local contact for issues (within 24hrs Shana brought us a set of useable cookware and some other basics for the house). Not so good: We stayed here a few years back and just returned for a 2nd visit. The place showed some wear then which has only gotten worse. Maybe it's intended to be for younger travelers?

House is just ‘ok’

House is dated and needed updating. There was some weird garbage outside by the hot tub, like headless Barbie dolls and cigarettes. Overall the heated pool and hot tub worked well.

It was good. A few things needed but we made it work.

We were not able to reach at all Ryan Valencia by phone nor email, he never replied . I emailed owner which I. Then we got a call back asst. manger who was extremely helpful. We were not informed by Ryan dishwasher was not working, no hand soap in non of bathrooms. Coffee make nerds to be up graded. We love coffee and can only brew a little at a time. We will be returning back , we will bring our own coffee maker and be prepared with all toiletries for the future.

Family getaway

check in was horrible. There was no TV working in either rooms which is a big deal to a toddler and a grandma.Cables were hanging out. We waited 5 hours from check in after getting the run around and a lot excuses for a used extension cord to fix the problem. Had we just had extension cord that we would have understood & been more patient. The jacuzzi wasn't ready at check in. The walls are dirty. Kitchen mats are old. Curtains are cheap., broken & falling.The pool was nice but it looked like a feces or something else on the bottom of it so stayed clear from it. This is a party house not for a family. You can tell other renters have trashed this house. Cigarette burn on sofa.Outside were remnants of other peoples trash. The beds seemed clean. The mattresses were good. The area and location are great. I think the owners need to step up with repairs & on site management should resolve problems quicker & be more professional.

Beautiful, Fun and Exciting place! Recommended!

We had a great time at La Quinta! The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. We brought our road bikes and took a 40 mile loop around the area including the nearby oasis and Dillon Rd. Beautiful area! It was my wife's birthday and the accommodation at the rental is truly amazing. We had a blast playing pool and hanging out in the backyard! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Lovely secluded home

We all loved the pool during the 115 degree days. Great proximity to Joshua tree and the zoo. Comfy beds and good layout for families.

Had a great trip and the house was great. We came down for golf and there was plenty of room. The pool was perfect after the hot days. We left some things at the house, but they were great in finding it and sending back to us. Thanks!!

Just Perfect!

This was a great property for a girls weekend away in the sunshine. Very well cared for and appointed - it had everything you could possibly need, and the owner and local host made everything so easy! We will definitely come again, only next time, we will stay longer. It went by way too fast!

Amazing! What more can I say? Girlie trip for cinco weekend. Very well appointed home, great yard and pool, and excellent and responsive hosts. Everything was easy, which is what you want. I Just wish we had booked an extra day. Nobody wanted to leave! Lol

Peaceful spot with incredible pool/spa!

Our experience was great from start to finish. The information provided in advance of booking was easy to understand and we had no issues arriving to the house. A minor hiccup with the new door lock system was addressed immediately by the property manager and didn't cause us any issues beyond a phone call. The house had all the things we needed to really enjoy our stay: a very well stocked kitchen meant cooking beyond the basics was a breeze happen, which was great for us, we played on the pool table almost every day, all four beds were comfortable and the two baths had plenty of towels and everything we needed. The highlight of the house is the pool and spa. We had paid to have the pool heated and when we arrived it was perfect temp. Throughout the stay using both the heated pool and the spa were a breeze and allowed us to really enjoy them both. We never once had to call for help or support with heating either and loved the easy to use set up. It is a holiday home, so the decor is basic, but what is important is there and we really truly enjoyed our stay. The owners and manager were all pleasant to work with, I would definitely book this for a holiday again.
