Guest Access:

For security reasons, it is required that all guests are registered prior to arrival. Please note HOA will only allow up to 7 guests to use the onsite amenities at a time. Additional guests will need to take turns as they will be denied entry. Please note that non-registered guests will not have access to the premises.



Parking:

You may park one vehicle in any unnumbered space on the left side of the building. Each apartment is allotted one vehicle. Additional street parking is available in front of the liquor store and coffee shop. Both parking areas operate on a first-come, first-served basis.



Coworking Space:

• Guests have access to the on-site coworking area at Viva Jaco. Workspace availability is first-come, first-served, so we recommend planning ahead if you need a spot.



The Neighborhood:

You’ll be just 5 minutes from the stunning shores of Hermosa and Esterillos—renowned for world-class surfing—and only steps from Jaco Beach. Located near Crocs Hotel & Casino (approximately 0.6 miles away), this spot puts you right at the heart of the action, with beach vibes, entertainment, and local hotspots all within easy reach.



Getting Around:

The condo is located 80km from Juan SantaMaria International Airport. To get to Jaco or anywhere else you're going from the airport, it's best to get a taxi cab.



While Jaco is easily navigable by foot, taxi cabs are a convenient and widely-used mode of transportation, offering a quick and efficient way to move around town. While there are unregulated cabs in the area, opting for a nationally registered cab - easily identifiable by their red color and yellow triangle door decals - will guarantee that your trip is safe.



We are located within walking distance to an array of amenities, including shops, banks, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and of course, the incredible beachfront.



Other Things to Note:

For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



PLEASE NOTE:

• For same-day bookings confirmed after 10pm, there may be a short delay in receiving check-in details. Thank you for your patience!

• Separate check-in instructions will be sent to you. Please check your email/messages to ensure smooth check-in and stay.

• Please be advised that this unit does not include the following items: Laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets. Only dishwashing liquid, sponge, and one roll of paper towels per stay are provided.

• Please note that washing and drying will take 6 hours.

• Please be advised that basic cooking essentials are not provided.



• Our condominium is equipped with a fire detection system for your safety. This system is sensitive to smoke from cooking, cigarettes, candles, and fumigation, which can trigger the alarms. To prevent false alarms, please exercise caution while cooking and be mindful of activities that may produce smoke. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for all.

• For security reasons, it is required that all guests are registered prior to arrival. Please note that non-registered guests will not have access to the premises.



HOUSE RULES

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. For the pool area, please note the following:

• Romantic activities are not allowed in the pools or common areas

• Dogs are not permitted in the pools.

• Eating is not permitted inside or around the pools; tables are provided for this purpose.

• Non-pool balls or items cannot be used as they may cause an incident.

• It is prohibited to use glass near the pools.

5. Please note that it is strictly prohibited to tamper with the supply closet.

6. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

7. Cleanliness Standards

• Dispose of trash in designated bins

• Avoid leaving excessive mess, spills, or stains

• Not leave food, bodily fluids, or hazardous waste behind

• Follow checkout instructions

8. Please do not use towels to wipe sand off feet or for non-bath purposes, as this causes staining. Towels that are excessively stained or damaged will result in a replacement fee.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.



Additional Services:

• Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



• Please note that the resort common area amenities are limited to 7 guests per unit. If you have more than 7, please visit in smaller groups at different times. Thank you for your understanding!
