➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Just a heads up, guests can't use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.



➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed.

This lively neighborhood combines a peaceful residential vibe with easy access to a range of amenities. Just 15 minutes from Disney World and 30 minutes from Universal Studios, it's ideal for those seeking excitement. The Kia Center is 33 minutes away, and Downtown Orlando is a quick 30-minute drive. Enjoy nearby dining, shopping, and recreational options, perfect for both short getaways and extended stays.



Getting Around:

Car Rental: Convenient and flexible for visiting nearby attractions like Disney World, Universal Studios, and

Downtown Orlando.



Ride-Sharing Services: Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick and easy transportation.



Public Transit: Local bus services provide routes to major destinations and neighboring areas.

Other Things to Note:

➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
