Since then, we’ve made the necessary adjustments and secured the thermostats to ensure consistent and comfortable temperatures throughout the house for all future guests. We also understand the challenge with neighborhood parking costs and appreciate your patience with that aspect. Regarding parking, the City of Philadelphia offers numerous parking options at various price points. The lot near Rittenhouse Square is the most convenient and was advertised accordingly in previous communications. As for the heating, our property has multiple systems, and adjusting thermostats can sometimes lead to uneven temperatures. We always encourage guests to reach out if any issues arise, but we did not receive any requests from your group during the stay. We’re happy to assist in the future to ensure your comfort. Lastly, we sincerely apologize for the refrigerator oversight. Given your early check-in, our housekeeper worked diligently to prepare the home as best as possible. We appreciate your understanding.
