Welcome to St Pete. Here you’ll find a Historic bungalow completely renovated to meet all of your 21st Century needs. Located in historic Kenwood, the property is conveniently located near the Central Arts District. It is less than a mile to the Rays Stadium and a couple of miles to the downtown Pier. With easy highway access, you can be at St Pete Beach in less than 15 minutes.
The house sleeps 4 and features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a private office. The master suite has a king bed with attached bath. The guest bedroom has king bed. There is a large, enclosed porch to enjoy the outdoors. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a gas range, 2 ovens, ice maker, and an 11-foot island. There are 4 smart tvs (one in each bedroom, one in the living room, and one in the kitchen).
