1200 Sq.ft. 1st floor 2 unit condo on Salisbury Beach. Privately owned no rentals upstairs. Offers a large private deck with tempered glass rails to enjoy the ocean view, deck furniture and pillows, 3 bedrooms, 1 King, 2 Full, and 2 twin beds, 1 portable crib, 1 1/2 baths, Large living room, and fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, granite counter tops, hardwood floors through out, WIFI, washer/dryer, central Vac, and central AC. There is a grill, and out door shower. Beautiful stretch of beach in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Walk right out to the beach from the deck. Short walk to the center for restaurants, arcades, carousel, and the State Reservation. Tandem parking for 2 cars.

Jill and Rob were wonderful hosts, welcomed us on arrival, and ensured we were acquainted with the property. We have stayed at a few different properties north of the Salisbury strip over the past 5 years, and this was our first time staying south of the strip. It is a different vibe... slower pace, very little street traffic, very family-friendly (we saw many families with younger children and many groups of older folks, too), quiet, relaxing, very nice...what you would imagine a beach vacation should be.The property was amazing, exactly as described, very clean, and appropriately updated. The deck is stunning and the perfect shady spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or afternoon/evening drink. We are a family of 7, and it was the perfect layout for us. Bedrooms are a really good size, and the ensuite 1/2 bath off the primary bedroom was a pleasant surprise!We made the easy walk to the strip for ice cream, live music, arcade, etc. multiple times via the street (stroller-friendly!) and down the beach, during the day and at night, and never had a safety concern.The central vac was great to keep up with the sand that inevitably finds We hope to be back in future summers! Our kids said it was the BEST beach vacation yet.

Such a gem. Beautifully updated, right on the sand and you really didn’t feel like there were neighbors. Best of being on beach and near fried dough a 10 min walk away to the center. Kitchen was well equipped and we made most meals there. The kitchen table was perfect for our card playing family. Jill was very friendly and welcomed us when we arrived. Parking was tight but two cars no problem. Great stay.

Lovely and convenient

The house is right on the beach so beach walking, swimming, etc are easy. It also has a big deck in front so sitting and watching the water is very nice. The house is very well organized -- bedrooms are a nice size, the sitting area is next to the dining table, the larger bathroom has a washer and dryer. And the decor is great -- very relaxing colors, not cluttered. We were impressed with the kitchen, which had a good array of dishes and utensils. The air-conditioning worked well. Overall , great stay.

This place was amazing!! Right on the beach with a beautiful view!! Great view of the sunrise every morning. Very clean, had mostly everything we needed. Spacious, perfect for our family of six. Hosts were very friendly and informative, quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again next summer!!
