This space was designed with our families in mind and what would be the ideal vacation in Orlando. After an unforgettable day at the Disney parks, which are only 10 minutes away, you will find an apartment for families or groups of friends where you can rest, relax, and if cooking is your desire, you can do it as if you were at home. Plus, you'll be minutes away from a variety of restaurants, shops, the iconic Old Town, and much more. We are Waiting for you!
The space
The Villa of Somerset is a spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms condo. The home is fully equipped with basic essentials and also extra perks keeping our guests needs in mind. Our cozy condo has a modern style that we hope satisfies all your needs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, air fryer, pots and pans, cutting boards, silver and glassware.

The large master bedroom has a king size bed and features a walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower. It also has a full size dresser, 55 inches Smart TV, nightstands, and touch-enabled night lights with outlets and USB chargers.

The second bedroom has two twin size bunkbeds and a walk-in closet, which provides plenty of space for comfort. It also features a 32 inches Smart TV, a nightstand, and a touch-enabled night light with an outlet and USB chargers.

The next bedroom offers a queen bed, a small dresser, and a touch-enabled night light with an outlet and USB chargers.

The living room and all bedrooms have Smart TVs with apps like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, YouTube, Prime Video, in which you may use your own account (Please, do not forget to log out at the end of your stay).

Our home also has a washer and dryer with complimentary laundry detergent and dryer sheets as well as a steam iron with its ironing board.

Heading to the parks? No worries! Our condo is only 10/15 minutes away from Disney's Magic Kingdom, 5 minutes way from Old Town, 10 minutes away from Celebration, and 25 minutes from Universal Studios and Orlando International Airport. We are off US-192 and conveniently close to many shopping centers, gift shops, restaurants and entertainment.

The Villas of Somerset features free of charge to our guests a clubhouse with fitness center, sauna, game room, and other amenities such as pool, hot tub, tennis court, grilling and picnic area within the community.

This condo is located on the second floor, there is no elevator.

The space is professionally cleaned after each stay.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED FOR THE RENTER: 18 years old with NO EXCEPTIONS.

This Condo is located in a quiet Residential familiar neighborhood. No parties, loud noises, or any strangers other than the guests themselves are allowed in this property. Violators are subject to a fine of $250 daily for breaking the Condo's administration policies.

Any kind of smoking/vaping is completely prohibited and subject to a fine of $500.
