We loved our staying Kona and our condo was amazing. Right on the water and the views and the sound of the ocean were magical. Very great location with walking distance to all the best restaurants in Kona. And super bonus having the dolphins swimming right out in front of the deck during sunset. I’ve been to Kona many times, but this made our experience very special and I would definitely rent this condo again.

This was a lovely unit. Impeccably clean, calmly decorated. It had everything we needed, we would happily stay here again in the future.

The view over the ocean is spectacular. The room was spacious and clean. Communications with the host was over the top. Just steps to local shops and restaurants.

Excellent condo and location. Only complaint would be the the homeless, drug dealing, occasional screaming at trees (mental health issues) in the little property across the road....

Quick stay

The condo was nicely renovated and the location was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. The view was amazing. Even though there is NO AC with the sliding door open and multiple fans it was a comfortable temperature for sleeping.

Amazing Condo

This condo was amazing! The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of downtown Kona and easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The condo was big, clean, and had a large lanai with beautiful views of the ocean. Easy to check in and the property manager checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure things were going well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You get to be in the middle of it all but on the 6th floor! It can use room darkening shades in the bedroom. Enjoyed our walks right from the apt.I would recommend to my friends.

Great location if you want to be in town with most everything in walking distance. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need for a vacation. However, if you’re looking for peace and quiet this is not your place. Because there is no air con, we had to keep the sliding doors to the balcony open to stay cool. The result was lots of noise from the street down below for hours into the late night, early morning. It was a trade off though; the view of the ocean from the balcony was fantastic.

Outside lights shine in bedroom so may need a face mask if that is an issue. We would go back there quite happily.

Location is amazing—the Kona Ali’i is one of the highest viewpoints in Kona. Easy check in and instructions on how to use the key. No AC was a little rough since it was more humid than usual during our stay, but the unit has two very nice standing fans if needed. Some blackout blinds would be nice for the bedroom window, as the light from the walkway is very bright. Overall, we are very active when visiting the area so those things don’t keep us from sleep. There is a Murphy bed in the living area with a more firm mattress but the main bed was softer and just right.
