UTK Holiday Visit

This was an extremely clean and nicely furnished unit. The location is about 10-15 mins from UTK campus, which was very convenient for us since we were spending Thanksgiving with our son. We had questions for the host, who was very responsive and communicated quickly. We did have to drive a bit for a grocery store but just picked up some things before heading back after a day out with our son. Over all, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Layout

Make sure you understand the layout - there's no bathroom on the first floor it's on the second. The second floor bedroom is more like an open loft. The main bedroom appears to be on the third floor. The architectural layout is a little awkward. But the place was new, clean, and well supplied. The manager/owner was nice also.

This was our 2nd consecutive stay at this location. We chose this condo primarily due to the close proximity to our son at UTK. Although it is a bit off the beaten path, we felt safe and enjoyed all the comforts of home. The host was quick to respond to all questions and supplied all necessary information. Our first stay was when the condo was very new and other units were still not sold so there was a bit more traffic this time with more outside noise with people coming and going pretty late. It’s great having the laundry facilities in the unit and the full kitchen has everything needed. We were close to several fast food places, close to the campus as well as Market Square and a few other places our son recommended. Overall a great place to stay.
