This home is beautiful, and was a great fit for our family. The pool is wonderful, and the bedrooms are all roomy. That said, the positive aspects stop there.
The biggest problem was a lack of hot water. Not just "not hot enough" - many showers were absolutely cold. We notified the management company on the first night, and nobody showed up to try and address the issue until day 4 of our stay. When the plumbing technician showed up, we learned from him that he had been to the house a week ago, for the SAME EXACT PROBLEM. That begs the question why the management company wouldn't address a known problem either prior to our visit, or as soon as possible. In the end, the "fixes" from the technician didn't last, and the shower situation in the home was miserable. The tech commented that the on-demand water heaters were likely inadequate for the home, combined with other plumbing issues.
The cleanliness of the home was absolutely lacking. When we arrived, we found hair in sinks, counters that weren't clean, and floors that were filthy. The carpet and rugs in the home absolutely have not been cleaned anytime recently, and quite frankly were disgusting.
The game rooms were fun, but are another area where maintenance is being ignored. The skee-ball machine had a lighting fixture hanging loose, and it is held in place by nothing more than Scotch tape. Two of the electronic games had fans that were loudly rattling, and probably need to be replaced.
Whether is is driven by the owner or the management company, this home is neglected. It's too bad, because the home has so much potential.
