The Space:

Settle into a relaxed, family-friendly Sea Ranch stay in this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with an additional kid-friendly sleeping alcove. Gather indoors for movie nights (most TVs are smart TVs), or head outside to enjoy the enclosed courtyard with a circular hot tub, picnic table, and lounge chairs—great for unwinding after a day on the trails. Fire up the propane grill for easy dinners, and let your dog safely sniff around the enclosed space.

The primary suite offers a cozy wood-burning fireplace for ambiance, a 27" TV, and a lofted area with a built-in desk if you need to check in with work. A guest bedroom opens to a furnished back deck with blue water ocean viewing, perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon read.

• Bedroom 3: Twin bed + Twin trundle, sleeps 2–3; barn-style large door; private access to the furnished back deck with blue water ocean viewing

• Attached Alcove: Two Twin-size sofa sleepers, ideal for children; flatscreen TV and DVD player

Bathrooms

• Bathroom 1: Ensuite to primary bedroom; walk-in shower

• Bathroom 2: Full guest bathroom (shared)



Important Things to Note

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to Sea Ranch’s remote location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty.

• Stairs: The house has stairs (see photos for reference).

• Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 cars. Sea Ranch does not allow overnight street parking. No RVs, trailers, or mobile homes.

• Pets: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! 2 pets are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.

• Fireplace: The primary suite features a wood-burning fireplace for ambiance. Firewood is not provided.

• Exterior security cameras: Two cameras are on site, one facing the courtyard and one facing the driveway. They monitor exterior areas only.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Getting Around:

Sea Ranch amenities: Guests have access to the community’s trails, beaches, and recreation centers. Amenity availability varies by center; facility reservations for pools and tennis are available on the Sea Ranch Association website. Your guest packet (inside the home) includes trail maps, pool/parking passes, and instructions for onsite amenities. Access to Sea Ranch’s 50+ miles of trails, 6 public beach access points, and 3 recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, tennis courts, and a half-basketball court.
