We had a wonderful time at your beach house despite the weather. It was very clean and spacious. We would definitely like to rent again in the future.

We really enjoyed the top floor balcony and spent a lot of time there enjoying the view of the ocean and the sound. All slept well in the beds. The house was perfect for our group with only the amount of steps as our one challenge. Our dog with short legs, and people with aging legs. Still, all loved the stay and we were not deterred by the exercise! Great house and location!!!

This home was hands down the BEST rental we (family of 5 plus a pup) have stayed at. It is extremely well equipped; from the beach towels and hand soap to the laundry pods and dog items provided. The decor is top notch and feels so "coastal cozy". The location is perfect. Steps to an amazing and uncrowded beach and the best of both views; one side beautiful blue ocean and one side the amazing sound. The host was quick to reply and very communicative. We cannot wait to book for next year!

Our new favorite place to stay ! The house is perfect and spotless with an amazing view of the ocean ! The street is just as wonderful with a very short and easy walk to the beach! We will definitely be back, the host is the sweetest and we are looking forward to future trips here !

Beautiful home, set in a beautiful location. The house was equipped with all the things you need away from home like dishes, cups, coffee maker, pots, pans, salt and pepper, and so much more. We enjoyed ourselves and would love to go back.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we needed for our family of 5 and puppy. The balconies and porch swings were our favorite, especially while watching the gorgeous sunsets. We even saw dolphins one morning! The host was very responsive and helpful with any question we had. We cannot wait to go back and make more memories.

Amazing Stay!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked and had everything we needed. We loved the beachy décor and enjoyed watching sunsets and dolphin pods from the decks. This property is unique as not only do you get to see the beautiful Atlantic, there are amazing sound views as well. The neighborhood was awesome and the beach nourishment project has been completed ensuring a wonderful summer for all who visit. Tiffany was amazing to work with and we can't wait for a return visit. Will definitely be back.

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway in N. Topsail, NC!Our stay at this beach home in was exactly what my family and I were hoping for – peaceful, convenient, and relaxing. The location couldn’t have been better: just steps from beach access, with a quiet stretch of shoreline that offered plenty of space and tranquility.The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully upgraded throughout. From modern appliances to quality furniture and comfortable beds, every detail made our stay feel effortless and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the stunning views of both the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway from the deck – truly the best of both worlds. Covered parking.The property owners were a pleasure to work with – polite, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. This rental exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful beach escape with all the comforts of home.

I could spend a day talking about how wonderful this place and trip was. The communication with the owner was the best I have ever had. There was small touches throughout the house that made you feel welcome and home. You can tell the thought that went into making the experience was the best it could be. The location is 10/10. You are steps from the beach and on the other side you have views of the sound. Beds were super comfortable. My son asked for a beach trip for his birthday and every day he thanked us because he was so happy. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our pet. The only thing (which was not an issue for us) is if you have someone that is not good with stairs, this wouldn't be your place. It was a good workout and we had no problem. Thank you again!

Awesome

This house had everything we expect in a house. Very clean, well stocked, proximity to the beach (shorter than the pictures appear), great view of ocean and sound, and stocked with linens and towels in place without having to unpack from a bin (it is actually nice considering there are many things you already have to unpack upon arrival). The gas grill was new and had two propane tanks available. There are beach chairs and an umbrella as well. Crazy as it sounds, I loved having access to a storage room on the ground level to store things such as fishing rods and coolers. The location is an another plus. A short 10 minute ride to both bridges.You will not be disappointed with this house. We have booked plenty in the OBX (our 1st time in Topsail) and this house ranks very near the top. We will definitely book again unless we decide to secure our own place.Thank you Tiffany for making your house feel like our house during our stay.

Home is lovely and in a great location with such an easy walk to the beach. It was equipped with everything we needed and we had so much fun bringing our small dog to the beach. We all agreed we would stay there again! Thank you! And host was excellent with communication and response time.

Five stars! This property was ideal for our recent trip with one of our family friends. The location is excellent, making beach trips effortless with the easy access. Inside, everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in was completely smooth and hassle-free. It was the perfect backdrop for a nice, relaxing vacation. This property is outstanding, as is the host! A few thoughts to share:Location: Perfect! A short walk (87 steps) from house to beach and then a few wooden steps over the dunes. The house is next to the road, but it is a quiet beach road so traffic is light and really not a concern. Nice view from deck towards the ocean.Beach: Great spot. A good distance from public parking so a nice quiet spot. We felt like we had our own private section of the beach.House: A perfect blend of modern beach meets home comforts. Great kitchen and appliances etc., all very new. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, plus beds are super comfortable!Amenities: Everything is as described with all the essentials provided. Also, a VERY dog friendly house with lots of dog essentials provided also.Communication and check in: Host was very responsive and the check in/out process was seamless.We've rented several beach homes over the years and this one comes top, we'll definitely be going again!!!

We so enjoyed our time in Topsail and couldn’t have been any happier with the house. The host was very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to my couple questions prior to booking and before arrival and let me know the day of that everything was all set up for us and ready to go. The house was exceptionally clean and had really great conveniences included like basic soaps and beach towels and beach chairs and more. The location was amazing as well, beautiful views of the ocean on one side and the sound on the other right from the porch. You can even watch the sunset over the sound on the porch! We also loved how the beach right at the house was uncrowded as there is no public parking/major access in that area. I would highly recommend renting this property; I wish we could have stayed the whole summer!

The condo was extremely well maintained and clean. The back yard was a nice place for our two doggies to hang out and play and the beach was just a short walk. Highly recommend!
