Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, "Coastal Soul", Condo #307 is located on the 3rd floor of Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot on the 3rd floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $90 on-site registration fee for 2 parking passes & the amenity armbands for your group.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Entering the condo, you'll be blown away by the amenities, personal touches, coastal color palette, and breathtaking views seen from your open concept living area & private balcony. The stunning views of the tropical lagoon pool, bright emerald water of the Gulf, and sandy white beach is a truly breathtaking site. The open plan living room/kitchen and dining area are the true centerpiece of the condo, where you can easily relax and enjoy the company of family and friends. The beautiful, fully updated kitchen is perfect for entertaining! Featuring stainless steel appliances, updated granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a eat-in dining area you have everything you need to serve breakfast in the morning as you watch the sunrise, make some snacks in the afternoon and cook a mouthwatering seafood dinner in the evening. There is seating at the eat-in kitchen bar, the dining table or even on your large, private balcony.

Walking into the living room, you notice the HUGE windows, which allow for tons of natural light. The living area also has plenty of seating for everyone in your group! Featuring a large TV, two comfortable, reclining couches & an oversized chair makes it perfect for movie and game nights! The spacious living room includes a full size murphy bed inside the TV cabinet which allows this condo to comfortably sleep 8. Free WiFI & a full size washer & dryer is available for your convenience.

At night you'll have your choice of relaxing in one of the 2 master suites or twin trundle bunkroom. The first master suite features a King bed, a TV perfect for playing your favorite show or movie after a long day out on the water, and an en-suite full bath. You can use the private bath with a tub to ease your aching muscles, or a shower to rinse the white sand off of your feet before crawling into bed.

Your guests can claim their space in the second master suite or the cozy bunkroom. The 2nd master features a king sized bed with a smartTV, perfect for watching the newest Netflix flick, and a full en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo to clean yourself after a day of skimming the waves in the salt water or running along the boardwalk.

The bunkroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle with colorful, comfortable bedding. A smart TV helps to keep the kids entertained, and a door that separates it from the rest of the condo, giving both the kids & adults privacy. An attached full bath with a standup shower is perfect for washing the days sand & salt off before curling into bed with their favorite show.

Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, a community charcoal grill & picnic area, a modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room is available for large groups. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage.

1) What type of coffee pot is in the condo?
This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels? Beach Toys?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for the guest to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin in the pool area by the beach access gate with kids toys & floats guests are welcome to use.
