Our Point Washington location puts you smack in the middle of everything 30A offers, without the crazy, crowded beach scene. 5 mins to Grayton Beach, 10 mins to Seaside shopping & dining, under 15 mins to Rosemary, Inlet and Blue Mountain Beaches.

Whether you’re vacationing with a large family or a group of friends, you'll be right at home in this rare and unique compound, just a few minutes from all the action along 30A! We're a South Walton family, not a management company, so we tried to incorporate a ton of local knowledge to make your stay the absolute best!

THE LOCATION:
Our compound is nestled in historic Point Washington, a quaint costal community on the Bay side of Grayton Beach. We fully outfitted two modern units to comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The 2 bed/2 bath cottage sleeps six. The 1 bed/1bath bungalow sleeps four.

Connecting the two units is an oversized courtyard area with a fire pit, two secluded sun decks, cornhole, a gas grill area and your own private saltwater pool, complete with a tanning ledge and water loungers. We're also happy to provide pool toys and rafts for adults and kids alike.

Venturing out, you'll be just minutes from the heart of 30A, some of the world's most beautiful beaches, the local dining scene, and high-end shopping without spending extra time in traffic. For your time at the beach, we include (10) sand-free beach towels, (6) Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and beach umbrella.

We're happy to provide all the comforts of a high-end, relaxed residence: SmarTVs in every room, plush memory foam mattresses with organic cotton bedding, organic bath towels and all-natural hair/body products, new stainless-steel appliances, a fully stocked kitchen and maybe most importantly, no 'out of control' checkout instructions.
