Guest Access:

\You’ll have the entire back unit of a classic craftsman duplex, with a fully separated, private backyard and your own parking spots directly by the entrance off the alley. Self check‑in via lockbox; access codes sent the morning of arrival.



The Neighborhood:

- Downtown Sandpoint—walk to coffee, restaurants, theater, boutiques, farmers market

- 3‑minute walk to City Beach and Lake Pend Oreille

- 4 miles to Schweitzer Mountain Resort (world‑class skiing)

Other Things to Note:

Good to know

This is a lovingly remodeled unit in an original craftsman home (duplex, back‑to‑back). You may hear normal sounds from the other unit.

In winter, parking and paths to the sauna/hot tub are plowed; the yard itself, outdoor dining, and fire pit are not available.

Occasional friendly North Idaho “nature” may visit the porch.

If you prefer brand‑new construction and ultra‑minimalist finishes, this may not be the best fit.
