Sleeping Arrangements

One bedroom houses a single bed that comfortably sleeps up to three guests with the addition of a sofa bed. Fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided, ensuring a restful night after a day of exploring.



Outdoor Living

A fully fenced backyard creates a private oasis. A patio table and chairs are set for outdoor dining, and the space feels perfect for morning coffee or relaxed evenings beneath the string lights.



Kitchen & Dining

The open‑plan kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, featuring a stove, oven, refrigerator, and a coffee maker ready for your morning brew. Bar‑height seating at the countertop offers a casual spot to eat, work, or plan the day ahead.

The living room flows seamlessly from the kitchen, with a Smart TV and streaming options for cozy nights in. Air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable year‑round, and a dedicated workspace in the common area provides a quiet place for laptops or planning.

Access & Extras

A private entrance with self‑check‑in via smart lock lets you arrive on your schedule. Free on‑site parking and additional street parking are available. WiFi, bathroom essentials, fresh towels, and an in‑unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
