This spacious St. George condo boasts 2 inviting bedrooms with one king bed and two queen beds. The property features AC, a washer/dryer, an iron, a hair dryer, WiFi, and two fabulous desks looking out onto the Sports Village amenities (2 pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, and more) all within a few steps. This is a second-level condo with its own outside entrance. Inside, it is very light, open, and comfortable.

Covered and open parking is steps away.

Ours is one of the few large two-bedroom, two-bath condos in the Sports Village. It comfortably sleeps up to six people. There is a TV in each bedroom and a 65-inch TV in the living area.

The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

A washer and dryer are available in the condo.

The master bedroom features a new king-size bed with nightstands on each side. It also has ample plugs and charging ports, a walk-in closet, access to the main deck, and a desk for your computer.

The large master bathroom includes two sinks, plenty of counter space, a garden tub, and a shower. It can be accessed through the master bedroom and the hallway.

The second bedroom has two queen beds, a bathroom, ample closet space, and its own private deck with a great view of the family pool area.

The main deck is possibly considered another room. It is perfect for dining, relaxing, or playing family games. The view from this deck is wide open to a large grass area and the tennis/pickleball/family pool area.

Free, secure, high-speed (fiber) wireless internet is available to all who come and stay with us.

Flawless Finish cleans the apartment before your arrival and will clean it after your stay. They supply clean sheets and towels (please bring your own pool towels). Cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and trash liners are also supplied. The cleaning fee per stay is $130.

Booking our condo means that you agree to our "house rules":
• Quiet hours - 10 pm to 7 am
• Lost pool keys will be replaced with a $75 fee
• No Smoking in the condo or on the patios. Smokers must go out at least 30 feet - The fee for any evidence of smoking is $150.
• Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. The timing is essential to our cleaning service as they prepare our condo for the next guest. As such, any late check-out that is not prearranged will result in a partial forfeiture of your security deposit and an assessment from the cleaning company.
