The property is walkable to local attractions including Washington & Lee University, VMI, and the many restaurants and shops the area has to offer. Please note that this location does not have any designated guest parking available. There is free daily and overnight parking available within walking distance.

Additional note: As a pet-friendly property, we warmly welcome your pets. Please note that a pet fee of $100 will be added to your reservation to ensure thorough cleaning for our next guests, especially those with allergies. - When leaving the house, please turn off lights to conserve energy.
- If an item is broken or damaged, please let us know so we can repair or replace it.
- Please be respectful of the space and treat it with care.
