Five star rating in every category! Amanda is easy to communicate with; the accommodations are very clean and welcoming; the location is perfectly situated within a few minutes walk to the beach and beautiful park. Also, all of Amanda’s recommendations for area eateries/attractions are spot on! We very much enjoyed our stay at this well stocked and appointed home. Our dog gives it 5 stars too.

Perfect house in a perfect location.

This was the perfect house for our family of five, outfitted for a week of beach time. It was HOT a few of the days while we were here, but the AC kept us cool. We cooked most of our meals in, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The street is a dead end, so it’s quiet, which is really nice. I was able to walk to Food Lion for little grocery purchases, and the beach wagon was a godsend for the short walks to the beach. There is also a farmers’ market on Thursday mornings about a block away. All in all, the owners are responsive, and it was a great vacation rental experience.

Amanda and family were great hosts with helpful communication, both during prep and throughout the stay. Very convenient location with easy access to the beach, food, and the park. Overall great experience.

Wonderful stay in Nags Head

Amanda was incredible, reaching out before and during our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. The house was incredibly clean and had a ton of amenities for families. The location was great - within a short driving distance to restaurants/activities and about a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Wonderful cottage that made relaxing easy!!

Beautifully decorated, meticulously clean, and had everything we needed both at the cabin and within easy walking distance. Very welcoming and responsive owner, made our stay great. Especially enjoyed the cute screened area and swing underneath to relax in the afternoons.

Great House & Location

We had a great vacation. The house is in a perfect location with close proximity to the beach but also in a quiet neighborhood. Amanda was great to work with. We would stay there again if traveling to Nags Head.

We didn’t want to leave

The home was exactly as pictured, clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. My family had a wonderful spring break. The location was convenient, 5 min walk to the beach, less than 10 minutes to the coffee shop, ice cream and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking family meals. Loved little details like white noise machines in every bedroom and children’s books to read to my kid every night. We also really enjoyed having access to the bikes to ride around the neighborhood, especially to the park nearby. We’d absolutely stay again!

Great stay!

We enjoyed everything about this lovely property. Amanda is such a kind host, the location is great, our kids loved playing there, and we had a blast. We especially enjoyed walking to Galaxy Golf and playing their two mini golf courses. Thanks so much!!

House was very clean and had all the necessary things to make our beach stay comfortable including beach chairs and bikes. It is tucked away in a quiet location but still close to lots of OBX activities. Would highly recommend this place!

Great quick beach trip

Great protperty, exactly as advertised, lovely location close to beach but with a more secluded feel then typical beach house given wooded lot. Tons of restaurants and activities nearby. Very clean and cozy, felt like a well-cared for and updated home. Would definitely return

Perfect family beach getaway

The house was sparkling clean, plenty of space to spread out, and met all of our needs. Loved that the property was shaded and we enjoyed dinners out on the deck. The location is great, close to the beach and lots of options for biking and walking. Amanda was a fantastic host and wonderful to work with. Can't wait to plan a return visit.

Lovely stay

We could tell this home was cared for and loved. Amanda and Adam were responsive and so helpful. The house was so clean and just the right amount of space for our family. We particularly loved the screened porch and walking to The Spot for ice cream and coffee. Highly recommend!

Great beach vacation spot!

This beach home is very clean, and very well-cared for, with lots of nice touches. Inside, there are lots of comfortable places to be; and outside, the home is in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach. The owners made us feel right at home, and were super well-organized in providing us information, giving us tips, and being available if we needed. We had a great time, we enjoyed our stay immensely, and we can't wait to come back again!

We needed to book a last minute long weekend, and this home was perfect! It was easy to check in and out. The house had everything you would need to stay in and cook or go out to the beach. Great size and layout for a family. Absolutely recommend!

We absolutely love the location of our cottage. It is nestled under beautiful live oak trees on a quiet cul de sac. It's close proximity to Dowdy Park, Bonnett Street Beach Access, Morningview Coffee, Waveriders Deli, Tortugas' Lie, Jockey's Ridge and much more is also a huge plus!
