It has a separate gated entrance and exit and still leaves full parking space. There is a curtain on the kitchen window. It is a half curtain which allows for the beautiful California sunlight. We sent the plumber within 24 hours of you having broken the shower handle and we did not charge you back the $160. We delivered spare batteries within 24 hours, just in case you needed them. The AC is a new unit and the sound you heard is not loud and is normal for an American home. I know that every country has differences, this is, perhaps why you were surprised you could hear it at all. We provide ample starter supplies. This is a furnished home, not a serviced home. A party of 7 people require a large amount of supplies for a 2 week stay and these we do not provide. The dining table chairs are brand new, designer chairs from Pier One. $200 a chair! This is a hip American Style. The property is listed correctly as having beds for 7 and a crib which brings the number of guests up to 8. This is the way it works on homeaway. The front and backyard are not watered because LA is experiencing a drought and water usage is rationed. The arrival instructions additionally notes that we are preparing to install desert landscaping. We are available on Saturday in the evening. We return any inquiry within 24 hours. You never contacted us after the first days so I am unclear why there is a mention of our Saturday working hours. There is never a period of longer than 24 hours, on any day of the year, when we do not speedily respond to our guests needs. Sometimes cultural differences can be unsettling.
