Late Check-Outs & Early Arrivals

Refund Policy



A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.



General Guidelines



●Pets: NO CATS ALLOWED. A pet fee of $100 per pet applies per reservation. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $200 fee, and we may end your stay early. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.

●Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed.

●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.

Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.

●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.

●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.

●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.

●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.

●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.

●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.

●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.

●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.

●Furniture: Do not rearrange.

●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.

●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.

●Exterior Security Cameras are placed for security purposes only. One at the front door entrance and one on each corner of the front of house. The cameras will always be on during your stay for security purposes.

*Disconnecting cameras will result in $200 charge

●For long-term stays of 30 days or more, an additional cleaning is required of $125. Please contact the host for specifications.

●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.

●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.



POOL RULES



●Use at Your Own Risk: By using the pool, guests acknowledge and agree that they are using these amenities at their own risk.

●Supervision: For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times while using the pool.

●Health & Safety: Guests should not use the pool if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please shower before entering the pool to maintain cleanliness.

●Cleanliness: Please ensure that no oils, lotions, or soaps are brought into the pool. This helps maintain the quality of the water for all guests.

●Proper Use: For your safety, please follow all posted guidelines and do not engage in risky behavior in the pool(e.g., diving, rough play).

●Damage: Any damage to the pool caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.



●Pool Heater Disclaimer: If you would like to use the pool heater, please request it at least 24 hours in advance to allow proper arrangements. The pool heater is available ONLY between October and February. There is an additional charge of $50 per day for heating the pool. Please note, a pool heater does not make the water as hot as a hot tub. The temperature will only rise to a certain level depending on the outdoor temperature. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can fire up the heater — it takes about 24 hours to reach that perfect swim temp.
