Property as describe in listing, All rooms accomdated our stay. Perfect for our stay for 35 days. Parking accommodates 2 vehicles comfortably. Garage accommadated our use while staying long term. Pool area was great having a south facing pool with sun all day. Area was very quite and family oriented. Amenities close by, Aldi's, Publix, Restaurants, etc. Property Management was great to deal with and responded quickly. We recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in Florida.

House was in a very nice safe neighborhood right outside the Orlando area. Good location. Very clean. Easy check-in. Nice security system. Publix within a mile with numerous restaurants in the immediate area. Disney about 15-20 minutes away. Very near Interstate 4. House was about 20 years old and everything was in working order. Furniture and beds very comfortable. No cable TV or local channels (NBC, CBS, FOX, ABC). We brought a portable antennae and a fire stick. Our antennae allowed for local channel reception. The TV’s were all smart TV’s and allowed streaming. No grill but the property manager allowed us to use our table top portable grill. The house had an open layout and was very bright. Beautiful pool area with nice pool. Pool heating extra. Property manager very responsive. Quickly got back with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for your feedback. As clearly noted in the property description, pool heat is available for $25 per day and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival. The listing also explains that we cannot guarantee pool temperatures when outdoor temperatures fall below 50 degrees due to evaporation, which was the case during your stay. The pool is not a hot tub and does not have a cover, so there is no way to retain heat overnight. For this reason, the pool heater is not run past 8:00 PM, as temperatures drop even further in the evening. Additionally, the listing specifies that two designated parking spaces are provided and that overnight street parking is not permitted per HOA regulations. We encourage all guests to carefully review the full property information prior to booking to ensure the home is a good fit for their needs.
