MonkeyVilla is a brand new 4 bedroom & 5 Bathroom house with an amazing pool overlooking Playa Sunzal surf break.
There are two Master Bedrooms, one located on a second floor with amazing views and the other one on the first floor. Two more rooms with double beds and a bunk bed are also located on a first and second floor overviewing the ocean. Each bedroom has bathroom ensuite.
You are a 2 kms from the tourist town El Tunco. Amenities include, gated community security, Full Kitchen, Sparkling pool, onsite parking, and lots of spots to relax.
Panoramic views from many places look at both the ocean horizon and the mountains of La Libertad area.
